The staff are super friendly and very accommodating.
There is coffee and tea to hand and the location is spot on to visit the town.
The tower is just a short 15 minutes walk and views are spectacular.

Stayed for 6 nights and explored cinque terre, Florence and Lucca from here by train. Location is perfect, close to the center and within walking distance of the central station. Rooms on the riverside offer stunning views of the city. Shared bathroom was spacious and clean. Check in was easy and host was responsive. Would recommend!
