Bed and breakfast very nice, exactly in the centre of Pisa, 20 meters from the tower. Quiet, clean, cozy. Trained staff and friendly.

Great location, just a few hundred yards from the tower.
Helpful and nice staff.
Clean and spacious rooms, everything in order.
Only problem: Parking.

At the end of August, I accidentally hit a reserve button for a night towards the end of November. I realised my mistake 2 minutes later so I asked them to cancel it for free. No they blatantly refused and charged the full amount in September. I wouldn't have written this IF they had charged only half or so! We went to have a look at the place today and I'm glad we didn't stay there. It looked awful and I don't believe that all rooms have a tower view as they advertise.

The rooms are very old which makes it look nice 2 min walk to the tower of Pisa you get your own mini snack bar which you have to pay for and the breakfast is always included outside the hotel there were many restraints.

It was a very nice and clean room. Breakfast 2 steps from Piazza dei miracles.

Excellent location beautiful room and bathroom. Very clean and tidy. The service was exceptional including breakfast. We'll comeback for sure.

Fantastic location, friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable room in an historic building, but be aware of the steps, best to avoid if you'll need to use a lift.

The location was good. No view of the tower though, but that's ok. In the morning we came out to ask where the breakfast is. At 10 am nobody was at the reception. At 10:20 am still nobody. We found an email they sent us a day before. It stated on weekdays breakfast is till 10 and on weekends breakfast is at hotel Francesca, nothing about the time. My boyfriend went to this hotel Francesca with our 1 year old son just to find out the breakfast ended at 10. At last at 10:45 the girl showed up at the reception. I said we were confused with this breakfast situation and I want to go out and at least have some coffee, and I need little time after check out (11). She repeated several times: no I need room at eleven. I said we waited for her to show up more that 30 min and that I'm going out. We went to have coffee, came back and checked out. It was 11:30. I asked if everything is ok and everything is paid. She said yes. After few hours, on the way to Milano we got an sms that hotel charged us 30 euro more. What is this? We called them and left messages through booking and still no answer. In their policy it is said that children and additional children bed is 30 euro per day, but babies up to 2 years in baby cots stay for free. Our baby is 1 year old and we had a baby cot. I think they charged us by mistake and now don't want to contact. It is one of the worst client service I ever had in hotels over the world.

The manager Roberto was very helpful, excellent accommodation, location perfect for sightseeing and transport networks. Lovely cafes and delis and bars locally. We stayed a week and couldn't fault Window to the Tower. Will definitely revisit this accommodation.

Nice service. Arrived just after the manager has left. Called him up and he came right back to check us in. Nice big room. Nice the have a couch in the room. Okay bathroom. A bit warm without air condition. Biggest problem what with the keys. Hard to remember what key went where. :) No lift so you need to carry your luggage up. And a bit hard to park your car in the area. But the location is rally good. You go out the door and you are right next to the tower.

My daughter & I stayed here just over a week ago. Great location & very accommodating staff, would recommend it.

Great place to stay. So close to the tower and to central Pisa. Very comfortable also.
