Great location but unfortunately the room / whole B&B much to be desired.
Broken window which wouldn't close, dirty and broken shower — the shower head had to be held, the tiles were dirty and broken, the shower door broken. The shared toilet was super loud to flush.
Locks on the door from the bedroom to the bathroom a bit dodgy which isn't ideal at night.
Handle to the front door of the room fell off infront of a staff member who promised it will be fixed the following day which it never was.
The breakfast was also just a coffee and a croissant — no other choices. Definitely would not recommend.
Location wise is great, just down from the tower. The room however was dreadful, the door handle came off in my hand.
The window was broken, the shared bathroom was very dirty, with the shower also broken.
Also multiple light bulbs were missing so the lighting was poor.
Staff knew about the issue with the door handle, said they would fix it but never did.
They refused to engage with any form of money back.
Very disappointed by the whole stay.

Worst b&b I’ve ever been. None came to give me the keys but the lovely cleaner who I kindly ask to enter the room. They tell you to have to pay 5€ tax and I am still waiting for the invoice. They do not change the towels and I came back home with bites. I also talked with other guests waiting for their keys and none pop up. The client attention has been null.
