Avoid this hotel at all costs. If you give them bad review, they will mark your stay as incomplete to get rid of your review on booking. Com and you will lose your stamp because booking. Com will think you have not stayed there.
I've stayed at many hotels in Italy, and this was by far the worst. Check-in was at 5 pm, but they didn't send me any information on how to access my room until I reached out to them. When I finally got in, there was no toilet paper, and the shower gel dispenser was empty. I messaged them, and they told me to go downstairs to the storage room to pick it up myself. They also said they only had hand soap and no body wash, which is pretty bad for a three-star hotel charging 85 euros a night.
The shower pressure was awful, with barely any water coming out, making it the worst shower l've ever had after a long day of traveling. On top of that, I could hear everything from outside-it felt like I was sitting in the street at times.
To make things worse, the area around the hotel didn't feel safe at all.

Very bad experience. Poor communication from owner, noisy location, badly prepared room — don’t stay here. Not worth the price at all.

2 — I finally got into the room, and there was no toilet paper, and the shower dispenser was empty. I texted them, and they asked me to go to the downstairs storage to pick them up. Then they told me they do not have body wash; they only have the soap you use to wash your hands. You do not expect this from a three-star hotel that charges you 85 euros per night.
3 — The shower pressure is terrible, and barely any water comes from the head. Had the worst shower of my life after a full day of travelling.
4 — Also, you can hear everything from outside. Sometimes, it felt like I was sitting in the street.
