What a location! Walking distance to the pizza of miracles. Spend the evenings walking along the restaurant lined streets — eat al fresco. Stunning rooms. Clean bathrooms and amazing host who is friendly and nothing is too much trouble. I have used this hotel many many times and cannot fault it. The tower is about 5 minutes walk and there is a small supermarket opposite catering for absolutely everything.
If you fancy a coffee before you venture out no problem — the coffee machine in the hall is free.
Proper Italian coffee!
You can walk from the train station here and do not need a taxi! — bonus. 15/20 minutes and you arrive.
Code box is outside to allow entrance into the building.
If you love Italy you will love this location.

15 minutes walk to the train station and a 3 minute walk to the Leaning Tower!
I was in room 3 which was amazing and had a lovely big painted mural on the wall, very spacious room and very comfortable bed. Very traditional style and decor which I love.
The shared bathroom was right next door, very clean and never had to queue for it!
Host was very helpful and attentive and answered all questions quickly.
I used their transfer shuttle from the airport which was with a fellow hotel and a lovely man called Michele who was there waiting for me when I arrived 20 euros.
I would stay again without a doubt!

Centrally located, supermarket practically over the road.
Little noisy with the hustle and bustle, don't drink too much free coffee and come back tired and you should sleep through.
Communal toilet and shower, but free every time I needed it as not many rooms on the floor.
I was happy, everything clean and well maintained with friendly staff, no complaints.
