I had a lovely experience at the prime guest bnb. At first the check is is by yourself with the guide of the owner but he was really helpful and answered all my questions quickly and with patience.
The room was super clean and it smelled really nice, it had everything I needed and more to stay the night. It was quiet and peaceful for what I have experienced and 10 min walk to the train station. It had an air con, tv, shower and one of the most comfortable beds I have ever tried. He even left 2 water bottles and some cookies which came really handy.
I really enjoyed my time there and hope to come back.
Worst place to stay – avoid at all costs!
We dropped off our luggage and went to enjoy a day in Pisa, but nothing could have prepared us for what we came back to. The room was freezing cold – like a fridge – and filled with broken items. The window was held together with tape, and the bathroom door was damaged. There was also a weird, unpleasant smell.
We asked for an extra blanket because it was impossible to sleep in that cold. The heater was just for decoration – it didn’t work at all. Then came the shower: first, we had to wait 10 minutes for hot water to even start, and once it did, the water pressure was so low it felt like someone was spitting on you. If you’re a woman with long hair, good luck washing it! And once you get out of the shower, the cold hits you again – it’s unbearable.
But even that wasn’t the worst part. Starting around 22:45, other guests in the corridor began slamming doors and yelling as if they were playing a game of “how loud can we be. ” This went on for over an hour. I went out around midnight to ask them to keep it down, but they completely ignored me and carried on. The noise didn’t stop all night.
The room’s sound isolation is non-existent – you can hear everything, even trains passing outside all night long. Even with earplugs, the constant door slamming kept us up.
We left at 6 a. M. Without even thinking twice. It was a nightmare from start to finish. Definitely the worst stay we've ever had.
