Rinascimento Bed & Breakfast

It has taken me several months to write this review (we stayed at the hotel in June 2025), but it would be remiss of me not to praise both Andrew and Andy (the hosts! ). The hotel is absolutely lovely, very clean, well-decorated and with wonderful attention to detail. It is perfectly located in the heart of the old town, and we enjoyed the most delicious homemade Italian breakfast! I wish we had stayed more than a night. The owners were super welcoming, made us feel at home from the very first moment. Highly recommended, we would happily stay again! Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay. The hosts were so welcoming, friendly and helpful. The place was super clean, bright and beautifully decorated! Great location! The breakfast was really fresh and very nice presented. They put lots of attention into detail. Bed and pillows super comfortable!

This bed & breakfast deserves 5 stars.
1) location is amazing. Walking distance to everything and near most of the best restaurants and shopping.
2) rooms are cozy and with a nice view of the street.
3) hosts are wonderful. We got directions for restaurants and things to see.

We had a five night stay in Pisa and were incredibly lucky to find this boutique hotel!
Accommodation was excellent, spotlessly clean and nothing was too much trouble for our fantastic hosts, Andrew and Andy! Must also mention Julia, who became our PA for the week and booked some excellent restaurants for us!
Superb breakfasts each morning, with home made pastries, fresh fruit and or a cooked breakfast if required!
Once again, thank you and we will definitely return in the future!

We loved staying in this historic but updated building with the kindest, friendliest hosts ever. When we were lost on our way upon arrival, Andrea came out into the streets to find us! That established the tone of the two hosts’ friendliness and helpfulness. They love what they do. Our room was comfortable and immaculate with a frescoed ceiling. The breakfasts were made to order by the second Andrea and delicious. Though we have been to Italy many times, at this accommodation all the rating “stars” aligned to make for a great start to this trip.

Rinascimento B&B is the BEST place to stay in Pisa! I am so glad to have found this wonderful place to stay. Andrew and Andy were so warm and welcoming. From the first what's app messages with them, up to when we finally arrived in Pisa — they explained everything that their B&B and the city of Pisa had to offer. They managed to have our family stay in 3 rooms on the same floor, which we really appreciated. The rooms are huge, romantic, sublime; and the air conditioning in each of the rooms was a blessed relief after a hot day out. Rinascimento B&B's location is absolutely perfect — the walks to the Piazza del Duomo with the fabled Leaning Tower and the picturesque Arno River made for lovely and very manageable walks, specially for the older ones in our group. Andrew and Andy helped us get a reservation in a lovely trattoria nearby, no mean feat as it was fully booked with the locals. Our only regret is that my family and I stayed only one night. Had I known beforehand how beautiful this place was, and how charming and helpful Andrew and Andy could be, I would definitely have booked another night or two. All the more reason to visit Pisa again… Mille grazie Andrew and Andy! xx.

Can I put more than 5 stars please? What a beautiful experience! Location in the city center, amazing rooms with excellent breakfasts but what really makes the difference is the owners attitude. Such a warm and nice people! Thank you so much, If we ever go back, definitely here again. All the best wishes to you. :)

Amazing stay at Rinascimento. The 2 Andy's and Julia in reception really looking after your needs and assist with places to visit and eat. It is central to the the main sites and in easy walking distance to the train and bus stations to tour around further. We visited the marina, Cinque Terre and Lucca from here.
Clean, comfortable, and we slept very well. The beds are very comfortable. Breakfast is also great and freshly cooked. Could not have asked for anything more… except to stay longer 😀

We absolutely loved staying at B&B Rinascimento! Andy gave us some very useful advices on what to do in Pisa, the room and bed were very comfortable and breakfast was delicious.

Just got back from a short break at this fabulous accommodation. Our room was stunning with a very comfortable bed and good air conditioning.
Everything you could require was provided, with a free mini bar of water and cans of soft drinks.
Breakfast was great, as well as a lovely choice of pastries and cereals etc, you can order eggs and bacon as well as delicious omelettes.
The location is right in the centre, a very short 10 minute walk to the Leaning Tower, and an easy 20 minute walk to the train station. We arrived from the airport via the Pisa Mover shuttle to the train station and then walked. However a taxi was kindly arranged for us for our morning flight back home (the cost being quite reasonable for Pisa at 20 euros). There are numerous great restaurants and bars within 5 to 10 minutes walk. We ate at 2 of the restaurants recommended and both were great.
Would we stay here again? Most definitely!

Absolutely perfect location and wonderful hosts — nothing was too much trouble. Great attention to detail and the breakfast was delicious especially the crumble cake. Would highly recommend, we loved it!

Looks like this place can’t read. I didn’t stay here. And won’t. You email and contact them and they just sit on your correspondence and don’t answer. It’s rude. It’s not professional.

AMAZING! We stayed in late October, and the hosts were so kind and lovely. Breakfast was really nice, and so were the rooms. This is one of the best B&Bs I have stayed in. If I'm ever back in Pisa, I would definetly try to stay here! 5 Stars!

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Pisa close to everything. Beautiful spacious rooms. This was our third time to Pisa so knew the area well but the staff were on hand to help/advise us if needed. Highly recommended.

Superb room, breakfast and hosts! We felt welcome the minute we arrived. Fantastic value for the price, well worth it to stay here (when they have availability)! Great central location to everything in Pisa. Hosts also helped with dinner reservations, tours and other incidentals that really made our stay here memorable. :-)

We stayed for one night and our hosts were very helpful and kind.
Andrew showed us on the map where to go, what to see with the time we had. He also gave us some recommendations for restaurants.
For breakfast, there was gluten free fresh cake and gluten free toast. There wad also the choice of eggs and bacon.
The room was nice and clean and accessible with a lift.
It’s well situated and is 10min. From the Pisa tower and 15 min. To the train station.
I also forgot an item in the room and Andrew set up lhost to ship it back.

Great location in heart of North side of Pisa. Great accomodation and gospitality provided by 2*Andy hosts. Unfortunately we stayed only 1 night but had a chance to enjoy great breakfast served in such a small place. Next time, we hope to soend more time in Pisa and stay here.
