Did two overnight stays with my girlfriend. The B&B is in a prime location. It is well clean. Nice room with a good bed and with air conditioning. It was excellent for Pisa.
Also good value for money.
Finally, the owner granted us a benefit on the city tax because we were short of contact money.
Top Service, top location. Highly recommended!

Great Location. Clean room. Staff were extremely helpful and responded within seconds to any questions or issues. Would recommend as the location and accessibility is fantastic. It is right in the centre so perfect for restaurants, bars and near the train station.

Fantastic location, very central and 5-10 mins walk from train station. Host was really helpful leaving keys for a late check in and recomening great places to eat, late at night. Room was very clean, and cool! Plenty of towels etc… breakfast is served at local cafe just outside B&B (turn left on exit and its in front of you) — coffee and pastry… chance to enjoy la dolce vita and sit outside and watch the world go by… can HIGHLY recommend this b&b for groups couples or solo travellers who want a central location and a good nights sleep! Grazie.

We booked a three bedroom but we only got a two bedroom.
The staff didnt know english. We say which time we would be at the hotel but they wasnt there so we hade to wait 1 hour for the check in. The Staff we spoke on the Phone was rude.
The breakfast was italian breakfast which mean a Coffee and a bun, so dont be suprised.
The only thing we liked what the location.
They do not clean the room or give new towels.

Nice big room, close to the centre. Check in was awfull, we were waiting outside the door for 20mins for somebody to open us. The mobile number on the instructions or on the door was the wrong one. Make sure that you have a contact number before going there.

Absolutely great communication with the host. The apartment has several rooms with shared kitchen. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and the house has an elevator. View from the double room on the street.

Where do I start?
If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would.
Location: it's perfect! Less than 10 minutes walking from the train station, 10/15 minutes from the tower, 3 minutes from bars, restaurants and cafes and 30 seconds from stores! At night is quite even if the bars are only on the other side of the river!
Cleaning: so clean! Floors are pristine (you can walk barefoot and your feet will stay clean). Bathroom and furniture are very clean as well.
The rooms are spacious with closet, tables and chairs, fridge and big bathroom with shower and bidet!
The kitchen is modern and functional. The owner will prepare the breakfast table every morning with cookies, pastries, cereal and pies! The fridge is full with cheese, eggs, prosciutto, butter, milk, yogurt and juices. There is an espresso maker too!
Christian, the owner, is so kind and willing to please you and satisfiy your requests! He is easy to reach out and very responsive.
My husband and I have been staying here for 5 days and we wish we could stay here forever!
This place will definitely make your staying better and more relaxing!
