The apartment was spacious, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. The accommodation itself was absolutely fine, and we initially had a positive impression.
Unfortunately, the communication and customer service were extremely disappointing and completely ruined the overall experience. We were denied access to the apartment because we could not immediately pay the €10 city tax using the only two payment methods provided (IBAN transfer or PayPal), both of which were problematic from our country. Despite repeatedly explaining that we were fully willing to pay by cash, card, or any alternative method, no reasonable solution was offered.
Instead, we received rude and aggressive messages and were told that without immediate payment, we would not receive the access code. We were left standing outside in heavy rain trying to solve the issue, even though the accommodation had already been fully paid for.
In the end, we did pay the tax, but the way the situation was handled was unacceptable and very unprofessional. During our travels, we have never had problems paying city tax at check-in or check-out in cash or by card. It is a shame because the apartment itself was good, but the customer service completely overshadowed the stay.

Clean, tidy, easily accesible, great forward information, very helpful staff although sadly I never met her in person the lady Irene sent me through information on everything including reccomending restaurants and taxi numbers.

Perfect place for both a short and/or a long stay in Pisa. Position is only few minutes from the city center. The room was comfortable and cozy. The owners are very helpful and care for all your possible needs.
