Location is amazing. Steps from the tower — it will not disappoint. Hotel is small and dated but beds were comfortable and room was clean. Breakfast was good, McDonald's was literally next door if you need a snack. We got up and walked 2 minutes to watch the sunrise over the tower of Pisa. Parking wise we parked in a per hour lot across the street until 2000, then moved our car to the free street parking.

The structure is a bit outdated but on the other hand is in the center at the beginning of the pedestrian area. Clean Room staff available buffet breakfast in the norm.

Honestly this place is a hidden gem, it was well worth the extra little bit we paid for the day that we were there because this is literally by the market stall and entrance that lead into where the Leaning Tower of Pisa actually is. The rooms were tidy and have their own toilets, there is a cafe downstairs which do a lovely breakfast which you can eat sat out on the roof terrace. I'd highly recommend spending the small amount extra for short stays and really enjoy the experience.

The Staff was very friendly and the room was very good and the price was great.

Room with dust smell without side windows but only on the roof. I stayed for two days but I slept very little because it rained so much and the rain that picchava on the window of the roof made a very strong noise.

The Hotel is very close to the entrance to the square Location Small single room But with everything you need made in the attic with the inability to open the window placed on the ceiling. Clean environment.

The staff were always very friendly and attentive. My only complaint was that the room was somewhat small and as it was next to the street and a restaurant, there was a lot of noise, especially in the early morning. Otherwise a very good option as it is close to the main monuments.

We stayed at this hotel taking advantage of the discount proposed by Booking. The photos delude enough because in reality the room is quite different. Let's start from the positive aspects; The hotel is a few steps from the main attractions of Pisa, very positive note because so you should not take the car to visit these places; Another positive note is Cleanliness. Very cured; Finally another point in favor is the staff, very helpful and Polite. Now let's start with the points in disfavour; As soon as you enter the thing that jumps right to the eye is the lobby, very small and no chairs to sit in waiting to check in; Another negative note and the fact that as soon as you enter the room you will notice that the temperature is not the most comfortable and so after several attempts to increase the temperature we are explained that the heaters will be switched only and only by them but only after a certain now, What is unacceptable; In the hotel as well as outside predominates the smell of sewer; Breakfast is a bit poor and not international; Very small room In my humble opinion the price is not worth the service Offered.

Avoid! Every morning at 5:30 woken up by streat cleaning! Even if I still have 2 nights paid, I will excape the hotel and booked another one! Tiny ugly rooms with not even a desk to work. Worst “hotel” I have been.

It is a small hotel with a beautiful terrace and outdoor space. The room was very comfortable. It is next to the premises of the Tower of Pisa but the tranquility feels since you enter. The prices are reasonable and the attention very attentive always, the wonderful breakfast coffee.

The room is small, but room have tv, nice bed, air condition and small but clean wc. Nice and kind people are working there and hotel is near pisa tower. Im happy to stay agen in this hotel.

Nothing pretentious but very close to the tower and very friendly staff. The dog is welcome.

My friends and I got a triple room for a night and what we thought would be an enjoyable night turned into a nightmare. After spending the night in this hotel, we woke up with bed bugs — scratching and itching our hands and legs and with chunks of red blisters. I think the hotel should take some responsibility as it is their responsibility to provide a safe and pleasant experience to its guests. We should be compensated for all the cloths and backpacks we have to throw now as we do not want our homes to be filled with bed bugs as well. I have attached some pictures below of how bed bugs have infected us and I think we deserve a refund for all the troubles we are currently going through.

The rooms are small and very noisy, however nothing is missing. The staff is very kind and the hotel is in a strategic location. I would go back, but I hope to happen in a less noisy room…

Great great location! not so fancy but location is excellent.

The location is excellent, two minutes walk from the pending tower and fife minutes from Engineering institutes. Rooms are ok even if not perfectly tidy whereas staff is smiley and helpful. Breakfast is not too charming but you can enjoy it on the rooftop. Basically it's worth the little money you pay. The biggest downside is that some rooms just sit in front of a market area which gets cleaned at 5AM with pretty noisy equipments lending you a not very pleasant wake up!

Small hotel very close to the tower and the main monuments. The rooms are very small and are ideal for couples. Very quiet and clean. The staff has always been courteous and helpful.

Pretty good hotel, is welcoming and waxes are quite nice.

Good place to stay while you get to know the city. My room had a bath with hot tub and views to the plaza where they put posts and there is a Mcdonald's, great. The room very flirty with furniture type ikea, modern, spacious and very clean. The guy on reception very friendly staff who also spoke English, told us what to visit, where to dine,. And we called the taxi for the next morning. The situation for sightseeing is the best, in the entrance of the enclosure of the tower.

For the price of a superior double room you have a room in very bad condition. No insulation and then you expect all the noises. Broken and clogged shower! Personal to the limit of politeness. Hotel to consider as 1 star MAX.
