This place are very very amazing. If you not see with your eyes please come and see it dont listen someone else first when you come to this hotel you will find a lot of parking and the good thing are the parking are near the hotel and it inside not outside the roadway around the hotel also have some pizzeria or coffee shop and even you go inside the hotel they also have snack machine for you and coffee or coco machine inside the hotel are look like a luxury condominium the air condition is very good condition the bed is very comfortable the floor is very cleaning and the very important thing is this hotel are very modern if you are businessman and try to find the hotel that very modern and unique this place are very good choice for you also for the orther tourist that like a luxury lifestyles this place will make you very amazed. If you like clean, comfortable, modern, luxury, private you should come to lay your body in this hotel and the best thing ever that I like in this hotel is about the bathroom it very big it not like no one somewhere the bathroom are look like a small box you walk inside and you cannot move to somewhere more but for this hotel you can sleep inside the bathroom hahaha because it very very big and the important thing is it very clean so last thing I want to say for a traveling lifestyle is "good hotel is meaning the good traveling and the good holiday"
➜ I booked a year in advance a room in the structure in view of the Lucca Comics, an event where there is the sold out of the hotels in the radius of tens of Miles. After a few days an e-mail to the anonymous and impersonal, he informs me that my credit card was not valid and that I should give a second within 48 hours, a cancellation penalty. The thing I find it unlikely, since I had used the card in question (I was on a trip) a dozen times in the previous 24 hours. In fact, contact american Express, which not only informs me that the card was valid and there was no problem of credit limit, but that the hotel itself had had an operation the previous night, the operation went regularly to a good end. I write to the landlord, explaining briefly what had happened and asking for a contact phone number (in the email there was no delivery) to clarify together what had happened, begging them not to cancel the reservation (363 days ago! ). In response I received a mail, always impersonal, who informs me that my reservation had been cancelled. The room was put back the day after for sale on booking, the price increased by more than 50% (who knows it was not this from the beginning, the intention, but we assume good faith). I believe that courtesy and above all professionalism are another thing.
