Located in a run down neighborhood, but near the train station. We arrived late with no information on how to access room to gain entry. Thank goodness a neighbor heard us and helped us out. It seemed she was used to meeting confused travelers. Communication with owner was horrible. No email until 2 hrs. Before arrival, and as we had no data on our foreign phone or internet, it was useless. Room was barely serviceable. This facility is a poor choice for any price.

If you are coming to Pisa, then this is the hotel you should choose! It's near railway station and bus station as well as the airport. To reach any tourist attraction, you can catch a bus from the station. The rooms are very comfortable and exceeded my expectations. It was neat, with all basic amenities. There's a kitchen with a washing machine, dryer as well as refrigerator at your disposal. The owner is quite helpful and nice. Overall I would rate my stay as a 5 star experience!
