We very much enjoyed our time here in Pisa. The B&B was really comfortable staying at. It was clean all over the place, a nice kitchen and not too much noise. The owner was uncomplicated to communicate with and pretty chill.
I stayed with my girlfriend for 1 night 2 days ago and It was one of the worst night I ever had. You can hear EVERYTHING that is going on outside just like if they were in your room including the bar right under setting the chairs at 05:00. There was people drinking and talking outside until almost 04:00, but that is not the problem. The room have windows that it seems there are no windows at all, if they invest in good noise canceling windows the place would be way better. Im not giving 1 * because the bed itself it was good and also the bathroom (for that price). I would only recommend this place if you are a VERY heavy slipper.

Best stay of our trip! I was staying there for three nights with a friend. We enjoyed the cleanliness, the comfortable bathroom and the practical kitchen. We had an air conditioner and a TV :)
The owner was very friendly and the check-in was super fast and easy. We actually wanted to stay one night longer than originally planned. We just texted him and it was done.
It is very close the train station (Pisa Centrale) and has some shops and restaurants near it. You have to walk about 20 minutes to the leaning tower of Pisa, but it’s nice walk!
