The room is no thrills, but is perfectly fine for a night or 2. Room is large, bed is comfortable, house is very clean, check-in was easy. 5 minute walk from the airport. There was restaurants and shops close by.

We had the misfortune of staying in in this place a couple of years ago.
Its listed as a b&b but there no breakfast! apparently Frances believes that b&b stands for bed and board? not bed and breakfast.
The air-conditioning in the room didn't work. We couldn't even use the kitchen to make tea or put water bottles in the fridge. It was a horrible experience, find somewhere else with a more reasonable host.

I recently had the misfortune of staying at what can only be described as a nightmare accommodation. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with the most ridiculous check-in policy I have ever encountered. Apparently, if you arrive even a minute earlier bifor 11.00 pm "chek in time", you are forced to pay an extra 20 euros just to be let in. It's unbelievable that they have the audacity to call this a B&B and impose such strict rules on their guests.
The room itself was a complete disappointment. The furnishings were minimal, with nothing more than a gym bed without even a headboard. To make matters worse, the duvet space was covered with three blankets that looked like they had seen better days. The room door was made of glass, offering little to no privacy or sound insulation from the other guests. It felt like staying in a cheap hostel rather than a B&B.
To add insult to injury, the bathroom facilities were shared between all four rooms, meaning eight people had to share one toilet. The bathroom was incredibly outdated and impossible to keep clean, with a lingering odor that was hard to ignore. It was clear that the owners had no intention of investing in the upkeep of the property or the comfort of their guests.
However, the worst part of the experience was dealing with the host. If you refused to pay the extra fee in cash, he would chase you away and exclaim "this is Italy, this is my house and if you don't like it, get out.
