I and my wife spent 6 days here and I am going to advice this place, because:
— it’s not too expensive in comparison with other places.
— has great service: clean, washing machine, microwave, fridge, many towels, cleaning once per two days.
— the nice host Elisa, explained us how to use and we’re to buy bus tickets, that we have to wear masks in public transport and gave us other explanations that were very useful.
— there is bus stop near and you can get to common supermarket (one stop), to the centre of the city or central railway station. Not far from railway station you can get bus 10 and go to the sea in 30 minutes. More of this, you can go to La Spezia and Florence by train.

Airconditioned, fridge, good bed. Extra pillows. Good windows. Did not hear any noise when closed.
Too bad we did not see Elisa. But we could enter by using a code. And then keys were in a locker. Very convenient.
I feel bad because I damaged the toilet seat…
To visit the leaning tower of Pisa we took a bus. Bus stop was 3 minutes away from the hotel. Perfect.
I highly recommend to stay here and I will for sure come return in the future.
