Very large and beautiful pools (water almost too hot). Pleasant Park. Difficult parking outside and priced at 10euros/night with hotel very expensive given the price of the rooms. Spacious room that deserves a modernity. Noisy air conditioning. No cover-up. Staff not speaking French. Serves 3 — 4 nights Max.

Food was superb staff were very helpful.

Had a very pleasant stay. Park is quiet and clean, pools are good. Staff is friendly, rooms are ok.

For a 4-star S I would have expected a lot more… Booked deluxe room… The key didn't work the safe either, nor did the remote control, the internet non-existent in the room that left something to be desired… I killed two spiders and fought with a ton of midges! In the bathroom you take a shower and cause a tsunami on the floor… A round of applause and compliments to the service and maintainer… Great pool! beautiful the park. I avoided comments about the restaurant because tastes are tastes.

Luxurious hotel. Well, he deserves those four stars. Welcome in French. The rooms are huge. The bedding is very comfortable. There is a large park with games for children. Close to the beach. In short the top.

I visited the spa inside the hotel on May 1, 2018. The spa includes a Turkish bath, sauna, emotional showers, a swimming pool with Jacuzzi and a relaxation area. Very nice and relaxing, with little people present. Cost 25 Euro per head (45 the pair) for 3-4 hours.

Very nice place, close from beach, I will recommend it.

Beautiful and huge place surrounded by greenery, very helpful and friendly staff, nice and very well equipped spa, rich breakfast and clean rooms. Recommended!

Ottima struttura. Sala meeting ben organizzata per accogliere anche 500 persone. Consigliato per eventi importanti.

I used the SPA services thanks to Gruopon. The service and professionalism of the staff is out of the question. The indoor area the park in its interior cared for at the highest level. A clean and cozy place to spend a great day without feeling the lack of the sea.

Had to realize right after we arrived that there is not a bike room announced as before on request.
The receptionist was very uncooperative and unkind and said we should block our (high-quality) racing bikes in front of the hotel (next to the street).
In the room the floor was not wiped, the toilet was not cleaned and on the mirror there were toothpaste splashes from the previous guest.
Not recommended — too bad that we stayed at this hotel.

I once visited this hotel because I had a course nearby. The hotel is nicely setup, with the idea of a park. Dinner was great, although the question to have some pepper was quite extraordinary for the waiters. From my balcony I spotted a badger :D, Although that is not a feature of the hotel, it is something by which I remember the hotel.

One of the Beautiful resorts we have been to. It is situated on the outer suburbs of the city and hence this place doesn't have a lot of foreign tourists. You get an access to beach and shopping nearby. The resort has Two pools, One For Kids as well, & Other one is quite big and we enjoyed it. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is professional and friendly. Ms. Kristiyana at the reception and Mr. Radu at the poolside cafe were extremely courteous. Being vegetarians, there were not a lot of options for us at the restaurant. Just 5 out 100. So, the food is definitely a problem. Pizza was the only savior. And we had our home-made snacks with us to munch on any time of the day. There were no english channels on the television. Also, they charge you with a certain amount of city tax for your stay. Overall, an amazing time at this resort. We would rate it 7/10.

DO NOT GO! Waste of time disgusting resort. Photos are deceiving. Here's a list of things that was not good about this hostel might as well call it: — The Hotel is closing down — expedia and every website failed to say that. Therefore the Spa, Gym, Pool and Restaurant are closed and no longer in use. Except the restaurant will provide breakfast but nothing else. Coming of a plane and travelling to the hotel and to find out there is no restaurant is annoying. With being told to walk nearly 3 miles to the nearest town for food. — Derelict area and very worn down area, As a woman I wouldn't feel comfortable walking down the road by myself — luckily had my partner with me. — Didn't change dirty bed sheets — my partner had a nose bleed and the next day the cleaners made the bed with the same bloody sheets, then to be told there is not hotel service to change the sheets we had to change the sheets. — The water in the bathroom is yellowy — God only knows what's in it (I dare not to think lol) — No beach access — the pictures are lying the beach area is owned by the hotel that are directly on them. You have to walk 3 miles to see the beach. I would say stay in Pisa if you're only going to see the Tower as this area is very derelict.

You notice here and there that the plant consists of 40 years. We stayed in the low season here and therefore no problem with parking, restaurant or place on the beach. It is conceivable that this is different in the season, underground garage 10 €/day, free public parking spaces, beach fee, etc. The staff were very helpful and the room was clean and the food was good. Staff very friendly.

Nice hotel with a nice beach very close by. Very good service. My girlfriend has gluten allergy, and the hotel's restaurant had everything under control. For breakfast a basket of different gluten-free products was served as well as freshly baked gluten-free bread and croissant. However, the quality of the dinner at the restaurant could have been better. It felt kinda like canteen food, both of appearance and taste. A shame, but also the only negative thing at an otherwise lovely place. The hotel is located in Calambrone a little north of Livorno. The area is a little sleepy, mostly consisting of hotels and holiday apartments. In front of the hotel is a small square with 4-5 small restaurants / bars. It is ideal if you only seek pure relaxation, but if you want something more, you can go to Tirrenia a little further north. Otherwise you have to go to Livorno or Pisa. We went to Livorno one evening and quickly agreed that there was no reason to go there again. Maybe we were just the in the wrong places, but the impression was an industrial city, without big attractions or beautiful architecture. It is advisable to go on a day trip to Pisa insted. The area around Calambrone (where the hotel is located), Livorno and Tirrenia do not seem particularly touristy, which was nice and the impression is that it is primarily the italians who spend their holiday here. In spite of that, most locals could understand and express themselves in English and were otherwise very helpful.

We we're a little dissapointed. This is a pretty expensive resort and we had high expectations. So the outdoor pool ist closed now, probably because it ist beginning of october but it is still warm. The indoor pool and all the wellness offers are to be paid for. I have never seen a hotel where you had to pay in order to use the pool. Also, you need to be 16 to use the indoor pool which ist kind of weird as well. When we arrived, they told us it is necessary to make a reservation for the indoor pool and the wellness area, but sadly there is no space for us anymore today…! The gym is a joke. The only thing you can do there well is cardio. Most of the staff is friendly and helps with luggage. Rooms are clean and nice as you can expect fo a resort with this price tag. There is absolutely no possibiliy for us to have a drink in the evening or even in the afternoon outside. There are no seats outside to sit in the sun and to have a drink. The enviroment is beautiful and everything is clean.

Beautiful structure immersed in the green. Two swimming pools one for children with different depths and one for adults. Wellness Center to review old and unmanned gym. Great restaurant. Service. Great. And very nice staff. Beach at 300 meters but LA. State to cross. Parking in Pagame to. The rooms are very small There is no animation for. The guys unfortunately. Sea and beach equipped with medium sea view the proximity to Livorno.

Quiet place immersed in the green. I recommend it to those looking for peace and want to relax. The fitness area is spacious and clean with a solarium where you can taste herbal teas with fruit and biscuits. It was very clean and the room was excellent. The only drawback was the shower tub, I found it a little awkward and the water was not very hot. Everything else is perfect!

Super staff place always listening to the best restaurant to recommend.

Breakfast normal dinner OK Room (Junior suite) has it been renovated? Beach Public no lying on the beach at Tui, only beach chairs beach at least 500/600m, many ruins around it for children quite good apparently evening nothing. Fürn Beach every day get voucher at reception 20 min.

Update June 6, 2017: After more than 4 years, my rage still does not stop. I'd rather tear the Sackhaare out separately before I go back to that Mistladen.

Nice room Quiet and beautiful garden. Good restaurant and staff in all the services very competent and warm.

Fantastic. My wife and I spent the weekend just past at this beautiful property and well. We were sad as hell having to return home. Well trained staff, as well as helpful. Modern, friendly and above all relaxing (the Park, with its smells, its plants, pool, etc … is something fantastic). All very well groomed and perfect for a relaxing weekend. In the package we had was inclusive spa access (3 hours) and were really pleased. Given the intense period we're going through, we really needed a weekend like this: we have recharged the batteries "just great. I recommend it to everyone. We will surely return, with or without smartbox. I saw that there is a comment by a user (unidentified) who puts a star and a comment negativissimo (3 years) : I don't know what situation there was 3 years ago (maybe the facility was "work in progress" … boh …) or if the guy (which does not identify … coincidentally) is merely a "competitor" who wants bad publicity incorrectly, or simply an unlucky patron or under from hotel from 7 stars … but I can assure you that the place is great. And advice to go back now, so maybe you change your mind and review. ;)

Excellent hospitality, great restaurant (Le Ginestre), the dishes are good and the room is well organized.
I have had the pleasure of visiting the starred restaurant "Lunasia" but I can only imagine the service offering!
Nestled in a beautiful garden, the Green Park Resort with its facilities (Spa, pool etc. ) somewhere worth going.

Poorly run hotel, vista landfill, very dirty and with unqualified and surely took at the last moment … a tragedy if, like me, you want to go the only holiday of the year!
Reception not able to solve problems and direction even worse … Oh I forgot my suite (Hahaha I laugh if it wasn't that I was paying 350 euros for a large room with divan beds in a row) had a view on a crane that was starting to work every morning at 7 … and them? well, of course they were right … RUN LIKE HELL WHILE YOU CAN.
