The guy in the reception was very helpful for the two days that we were at the B&B, unfortunately the Sunday morning it was down, which it had lost to Napoli 4-2 against as Roma, being a fan of the naples, has always been courteous. Thanks.

Convenient walk to the walled city. Do not be fooled by name there is no breakfast. Bare bones facility but not bad for price.

We stayed here on the occasion of Lucca Comics 2017, and all in all we had a good time. For those interested, the location is fantastic from stage and city center, about 10min walk. Unfortunately it is extremely far from Japan Town (30 + min walk).
The rooms are cozy but the bathroom was windowless and the other windows were not in the double glazing and as a result little isolated to noise in the evenings and mornings. The shower leaked water, but nothing tremendously alarming.
The owner has always been extremely friendly is available, definitely to consider for future events.

The room was very nice and the staff were great and the breakfast was very good. The only flaw was that the cleaning woman cleaned and made the beds at his discretion, not always found the bed redone and the floors clean (and view the rain were really dirty…) Change the cleaning lady!

It is only bed, since it does not have breakfast, but at least in each room you have 1 coffee maker. The room was very comfortable. It has parking and is a few blocks from the city center. Those who serve very friendly!

Friendly staff, spacious and comfortable room/bed. We had to pay to park on the street as the free parking was full. Which was a little annoying and stressful.

This review is for the Lucca Relais B&B. The location is good, close to the city walls. The rooms are quite basic, but to be expected for the price you pay. The bed is comfortable and the shower is good, which are the main two things. Would recommend to those who are looking for are staying in Lucca for 1/2 nights and are only going to use the room to sleep in.

Great location, few minutes from the walls of Lucca. Lovely light bright clean room, in an old traditional house. Friendly staff. Loved it!
