This bed and breakfast was so convenient. So close to the centre of Grosetto. It was so clean and we enjoyed our stay very much. Andrea and his wife were so friendly and welcoming. Delightful breakfast every morning. Thankyou. We would definately come back again.

Very convenient for close proximity to the centre of Grosseto and a well-stocked supermarket within walking distance. Modern furnishings and small terrace for each apartment.

Excellent structure, maybe in winter a little cold but comfortable and eccogliente, covered parking and inaccessible by non-customers, also excellent breakfast and very nice staff.

Very clean rooms and wonderful host. Make sure you ask for the rooms on the side of the building not next to the street. There is a bus stop outside the window and it is very noisy early in the morning. Also, the Wi-Fi does not work will in the back bedroom street side.

Beautiful and new structure a few steps from the centre of Grosseto and very close to the most beautiful seaside resorts of Tuscany. The structure is comfortable as it is made with the best building techniques of thermal insulation. The rooms are very comfortable and finished as well as the common room where there are table games and other entertainments.

Great location for those arriving by car with the possibility of private parking, owners available and really nice, simple rooms but equipped with every comfort, great cleanliness, breakfast and value for money, perfect for business travellers.

In short, I can tell my experience from 1 to 3 Sept. Arrival and departure without time problems. Neat and clean room in impeccable manner. As for breakfast I can say I had ample choice but above all good quality. I would like to clarify on the kindness and the uncommon way of reception. Parking space available and especially a new structure at 300 meters from the center, with all the comforts. I highly recommend it.

Just arrived, friendly and professional welcome. New and clean rooms, only flaw are missing cupboards and drawers, only a small closet in the daytime with shelves and hanger hangers.

Excellent cleanliness as well as the welcome. Nice rooms though a tad poor in the décor. Great breakfast with fresh products. We were there twice already in April and yesterday. We will definitely be back. G. Caruso.

It was missing the shower gel in the bathroom but the homemade jams and homemade cookies helped.

Great location, close to the historical center and cozy. People who love their work and, therefore, attentive to the customer. Not to mention the breakfast… there is something for all tastes! Healthy, ideal for those who practice sports, "The Breakfast" is a time to exchange words and to taste the products typical of the beautiful tuscan Maremma. The medal of merit goes to Alessandra who puts a lot of passion in preparing the desserts! Also, for those who ask for information about places and streets with Andrea is in safe hands!
