Florence Decamerone B&B

I had a very disappointing experience here. I booked expecting the accommodation to be at the advertised location, but upon arrival, I was told my room was in a much farther location. This caused significant inconvenience and frustration.
To make matters worse, the treatment upon arrival was dismissive. I was received by an older man that I believe is the owner and when I raised the issue, the response I got was, "I’m sorry that you made a mistake. People don’t read the information properly. " 🤡
If you check their website, they only mention one location in the footer. There is no clear indication that there are multiple locations. So please be aware: "Decamarone" means a completely different location.
I would appreciate if the owner could clarify where exactly this ‘information’ is that I supposedly didn’t read properly.

It takes about 30min to get there from the Florence centre. Clean room. Cozy inner courtyard and clean pool. Good price for this city.

"B&B" but not exactly including breakfast, you have to pay 6€ for each person. The room was in the basement which is literally you can heard it clearly the neighbors on top of you when they make a party or something. The staff was fast response. We had 3 nights there, for our 1st night there was the guess who laughed and getting high around 3-4am which is very disturbing all the guest. And in the 3rd nights some customer in another room had a big argument talked out loud in the midnight. The room were clean but literally you can hear everything from outside.
