Stayed here early October 2025 five nights. We had a superior room with balcony, very happy with the stay.

Absolutely one of the best hotels in Europe. Staying here made me feel like I was in a 1500s Medici palazzo, but with all the modern luxuries of today.

The hotel was very luxury and classy. It was a moment of peace, beauty, and true comfort—one that I’ll never forget. The food at the Atto restaurant was delicious and luxury food.

Highly recommended! Everyday we found our room this clean. Complimenti to all the staffs of house keeping and also to the staffs of breakfast area.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing.

The location of this hotel cannot be beat. It is quite central, but on a relatively quiet side street. It is a 2-minute walk from the Museo Bargello and maybe 10 from the Duomo.

A little bit dated but excellent staff and service and the best location in Florence. Quiet, comfortable, fair price. Breakfast delivered to the room each morning.

Awesome stay but our room had no outdoor light! The room was facing a small closed off alley and we couldn’t open the windows but the fan and airflow was awesome. We slept well with cool air.

Perfect hotel experience! Excellent location. People at the reception were very kind. There are ramps and an elevator. Rooms were great with a mini-fridge and supplies for tea/coffee.

We stayed here last minute due to a significant issue with the first hotel we booked and the staff at Borghese Palace Art Hotel was very accomodating and friendly.

Fantastic location in the heart of Florence, right in Piazza Della Signoria — and within short walking distance to all the major sights.

Location (5/5) : perfect location in the center of Florens. 10 minute walk to everything.

A set of good things. The spacious and very cozy room, overlooking one the postcards of Florence, the Piazza della Repubblica and the side of the Duomo.

Air conditioning was a plus. Location was in the heart of historic Florence with everything we wanted to see within walking distance. There was a functional kitchen, elevator, comfortable, bedding.
