Great hotel in the center of Florence with old bridge view. The staff were friendly and helpful. Retro but clean rooms. Characteristic breakfast room with gleaw. The reception lounge overlooks old deck. If you want to see a part of Florence go up to the roof garden. Visual shine.

I had a wonderful stay here! The location is amazing! Everything I wanted to do was easy walking distance, and the view from the roof is spectacular. The staff were very helpful, and breakfast was quite nice, especially the cappuccino. As they are located right beside a busy part of the city, it can be noisy, especially on a weekend night. Overall it was a wonderful stay! I would return to the hotel and to Florence.

Conveniently located adjacent to the famed Ponte Vecchio in the heart of historic Florence. Its location is perfect for those intent on walking their way through the cobbled streets and into the glory of the staggering beauty of the old world architecture, art, and culture. The rooftop terrace view is worth enduring the sounds of tourists standing beneath your bedroom windows. The building is very vertical with a single small elevator which has a 3 person max capacity. Continental breakfast included, clean and modern accommodations, and most importantly helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff. There was no refrigerator in the room, but there was a small safe. Great value and location for tourists looking to walk the city.

Lovely hotel in a superb position. Close to all the major sites. The staff make this hotel even better by being so helpful. Highly recommended.

Small Tip If you are staying in Florence: Do not take the hotel Hermitage (3 stars). This is probably one of the most rotten hotels I have been able to do level isolation (and yet I even already made low cost and it was much better at the noise level). Moreover the entrance to the hotel does not have handicapped access. I wonder why this hotel has so many good returns. For me to pay as much and pretend that this hotel is a 3 star is the theft and the scam! I really do not advise.

Location… Location. Location… The staff is amazing… The rooms are old school unique had a very comfortable stay.

Very friendly staff, clean facility, and good locarion. Our bathroom was so small that I could not bend over to pick up dropped soap within the shower! Other than this, the place was quite good.

The location is absolutely perfect since many tourist sites can be seen at a walking distance. I also very much appreciated how attentive, warm, and helpful the reception staff were! The food is also absolutely delicious and the terrace has a wonderful view! My only qualms were that I felt like cleaning wasn't done in as much detail as it could have been, and the Wi-Fi in my room did not work at night, unfortunately. Otherwise, great place!

Fantastic location literally in the middle of everything and roof terrace views are amazing. Lovely hosts and staff who answered all questions and requests immediately. Also provided was a quality buffet breakfast to start the day.

Waaaayy overpriced…! Tiny elevator… Barely fit two people. In room you'll find a weak and tiny shower with hardly any room to turn around… Pokey room's… no barfridge… Worth about 25% of what we (unfortunately) paid… Be warned.

Excellent location and spacious room In this 3 star I got more comfort and space than in all the other 4 stars that I stayed during my trip. Don’t expect excellent customer service in Europe; however, this one was reasonable. The location is the best right in the center with a view of the ponte veccio from the terrace. Everyone gets access to the terrace. All the sites are at walking distance. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel. Wifi at average price rate only usable at the 5th floor where the reception is. Don’t expect a view of ponte veccio here. The only view of ponte veccio is from the terrace. No fridge. If driving, be aware that this hotel is inside the restricted zone. Less than a mile away find the Oltrarno Parking which is at the average price in town (24 hour service). Would definitely stay again.

We stayed 3 nights in this hotel is the ideal location to visit the centre of Florence and the views of the Ponte Vecchio and the surrounding area. The welcome reserved for you, is the best, the kindness and listening are waiting, without forgotten the valuable advice and effectiveness of people welcoming you! Many thanks to the staff who made our stay most enjoyable and which, with the site of Florence, will leave us unforgettable memories.
For the more mundane details, the room was perfectly held, with impeccable service, a quiet place, close to everything. (at every age its pleasures! ) Just one wish for the next time, for the small lunch the possibility to drink (of the type squeezed orange juice) or eating fresh fruit.
Only downside, for us who came by car up to the hotel Hermitage, the parking which is not on site and costs € 30 per 24 hours.
Otherwise, it is a must that helped make notes stay still and very cozy!
