5 stars, very good value for money. Very good location, easy walk from train station and to primary tourist destinations. Excellent accommodations, full breakfast with service, and helpful front desk staff. Highly recommend, will stay here again.

Quiet, clean and close to the historic center.

It was a very nice Hotel. Perfectly located to visit the city. I booked a single room and was given a double, small for two, really very small closet, but for me only five nights was fine. Bed at the French very comfortable. If you are in two ask for bigger room. Cleanliness of the room impeccable with the very good and discreet lady who cleans the room before evening or asks if you need anything. Good breakfast, kindness and courtesy in the morning. Equally at the reception. Attention to the customer, I stayed alone and found staff personable and professional. I do not do 5 stars because I missed a bar where to drink coffee or other. There are also local neighbors. My assessment is still very positive.

Great staff. Shower was tiny but very clean. No drawers for clothes, but the location was fantastic!

Modern hotel but lacking a good Wi-Fi connection. Rooms ample but basics forgotten. No hooks for coats and there was no chest of draws for smaller items. They supply bath robes but no hooks to hang it! Staff pleasant providing a good service. Breakfast good.

Great location Close to the station and overlooking the Piazza S. M. Novella a few steps from the Duomo. Very nice staff Clean and cozy rooms. The breakfast is very good.

Nice hotel, lovely rooms and some interesting decor including palm trees made of tyres and statues of batman and Alfred. Breakfast good. Location great. Shame it had no restaurant and the showers are too small.

The service was great and the breakfast delicious. There were a few hairs in the bed but after we told it to them, they apologized and offered us a another room or a immediate clean up of the room, we where in. As Informationen to everyone: you have to pay bed taxi for hotels in italy. But all in one it is a good and beautiful hotel with very friendly people.

Close to the station and convenient to the centre. Renovated with a lot of taste, a mix of classicism and modern art. Lacking maintenance, and it is a pity: nothing too annoying, but many small flaws that could be solved with little effort and improve judgement. In the room, missing pieces of plaster, Hotel Usuratissima brochure, malfunctioning bathroom drains, TV obsolete. In the common parts, bad smell in the lobby, paper napkins at breakfast, guidance signs really unlikely. I'll be back soon, I'm sure everything will be solved in a very short time.

We had already been to 2010. Now they have expanded the hotel with a new hotel Blue building. Great breakfast there is more room. The location of the hotel is fantastic. Only one detail to improve, our room had a very small bathroom but everything is a matter of getting organized.

Very good hotel, welcoming and friendly staff however the noise from the surroundings can be annoying the has a bad insulation private parking Service (paying) correct breakfast (no lunch or meal)

VAlbergo decidedly Special: A very nice view, very spacious, spotless, with very large bathrooms, great prices and especially a manager who define a big is not enough.
The availability, knowledge of the place and the surroundings have been invaluable, transforming any holiday into an experience full of surprises and unexpected experiences.
One of the best I've been to, if you have to stay in the area don't Ramona get away.

The cleanliness of the rooms were great, breakfast was a help all though a bit of the same thing everyday. I did find the rooms to be very small for two people with baggage. The staff was helpful but only to a certain degree, if you need a cheaper place to stay with a clean but very small accommodation this is a good choice. 2 only because I was surprised about the room size, it would be great if they where more upfront about this because there are plenty of hotels around the area with the same price point.

Rooms were okay but the walls were not soundproof so could hear a lot of noise coming from other rooms. Did not get a refund.

Clean and nice, in front of Santa Maria Novella very good located and close to the station.

Lovely location, lovely hotel except the showers… the water flow is great but some cubicles are too small to turn round in, wash your hair etc …

Hotel that does not expose much to criticism except for the rooms too small with plasterboard walls that do not guarantee adequate silence and intimacy. Excellent location, very nice staff, nothing to say, but given the price of the rooms could intervene, also because Bob are the only one to report this defect.

Amazing hotel. Completely renewed. All the details are amazing. On my review photos you can see a room, the reception, the restaurant, hallway, meeting room and more. Hotel is 100% clean and nice. Definitely a must when looking for a hotel in Firenze! I hope to come back in the near future. Excellent for friends, family and couples.

Entrance at Number 20! Don't get shocked, it's still open. Nice and comfortable-small hotel, quiet rooms, breakfast included. Get free Wi-Fi at the reception, fast and stable all around the hotel.

Hotel is very clean. Staff is friendly. Super close to everything. The only issue is that the shower is tiny.

It was a very nice hotel. It was a little bit noisy. Recommended.

It is very close to the Firenze novella station and Santa Maria del fiore. But the room we booked was very small. The hall way was so so so long.

Organized by British Airways From 7 to 17 May Visiting from London My partner and I spent 10 days in this very nice hotel. The room on the small size but very well decorated and well appointed and likewise the bathroom with a very good shower and all other facilities. The staff very helpful and friendly in all departments Very good breakfast with a large selection including a cake baked daily in house. Negative point: do not use the telephone from your room, far too expensive. Good value for money. I will definetly go back and I highly reccomend.
