It’s such a feel good factor to be staying here. Everything within walking distance and the hotel is super luxury!

Absolutely amazing in every way. Food, staff, location and of course the reading room were exquisite. A must for anyone visiting Florence.

This place is truly a dream! I would recommend it to every person who visits Florence. Such an incredible edition to our whole experience there and we certainly at some point will be back. 5 stars!

Classical music concerts on Sunday mornings are the best way to appreciate the atmosphere of this hotel.

Our group visiting from class didn't think that the space was great for large weddings because the only real event space was the main lobby room with a capacity of under 100. However they did seem to have great accommodations and a prestigious restaurant on site and you could bring in your own catering if you preferred that. Also for those that can afford this space, having the option to rent out the whole estate for a wedding party is a plus because this will lessen the costs for transportation. The movable windows were also an added function that is very unique to this space. There was also an option to open up the adjacent rooms for a cocktail hour for over 100 but not a sit down dinner. The rooms were beautifully decorated and the history of the palace is something that you can't find anywhere else. For a smaller gathering or a cocktail party/ after party we think this space would be perfect. However if you're looking for a space to accommodate a large group you might want to look elsewhere. (Group 4, Wedding Ceremony and Event Planning)

I had the pleasure of viewing the Relais Santa Croce along with my other group members, Lauren, Erica, Moll. Relais Santa Croce is a beautiful, privately owned hotel located in the heart of Florence. The hotel also offers clients venue space. Their staff is extremely flexible and helpful, and they allow clients to design the space according to how they will be using it, and what type of event they will be hosting. They offer their guests a variety of amenities to accommodate their guests needs. Their venue space is extremely elegant and classy, and holds a very traditional feel. Relais Santa Croce offers the opportunity to rent out the entire Hotel to the party of the Bride and Groom which allows a more intimate experience with their friends and family removing the necessity for their guests to travel to the event space. Relais Santa Croce also allows for outside catering which helps the Bride and Groom in the case that they have their own catering company they wish to use.

The Relais Hotel is a beautiful classic hotel in the heart of Florence. It is a few steps from the Piazza Santa Croce, which can also be seen from some of the guest rooms in the hotel. The Relais is the perfect location for an intimate wedding. There is a main ballroom and a few adjoining areas including one with a built-in bar. There are about 22 bedrooms in total which can all be reserved for weddings and events. The royal suite is 170 sqm and offers spectacular views of the city. It is the perfect suite for the bride and groom. The rooms offer a more modern feel than the public areas of the hotel, giving guests both a classic and modern experience. The entire hotel can be rented so that it has more of a homey feeling than a hotel feeling for a discounted price. If the entire hotel is rented to one party then there is no curfew for music, however if it was not rented by one party then the noise curfew is midnight. When rented out to families during the holidays, the guests may choose how they want to decorate the hotel. This gives a home away from home feel for guests at the special time of year. One downside of this hotel is the lack of facilities. They do not have a spa or gym in the hotel which can be a deal breaker for guests. On a positive note, there was a pianist and a sitting area in the hotel lobby which was extremely relaxing and set a pleasant mood. Within the hotel is also a restaurant that can be hired for catering or just used as a guest.

My colleagues Ally, Isabelle, Maria, Sabrina, Sierra, and I recently visited the Relais Santa Croce for a future event we are planning. The upscale luxurious hotel has amazing spaces for different size and styled events. It is also located conveniently near the Santa Croce Church and the center of Florence. The hotel is a great option for large or small gatherings with the option to rent out the entire hotel including all of the guest rooms for your event. Rooms range in size which is perfect for guests with large or small families. The versatile event spaces and different amenities lend the hotel to be the perfect place for both weddings and business conferences. The Michelin Star restaurant on the bottom floor is also an incredibly welcomed bonus to the beautiful event space. With roughly 24 guest rooms the hotel offers an elegant and sophisticated space for events. Our event coordinator for the hotel Francesca was incredibly knowledgable, and was amazing with all of our questions. I would highly recommend this venue.

This 5-star hotel offers an experience beyond what you could ever imagine, especially for individuals interested in planning their special day! We visited Relais Santa Croce for our wedding class, and were thrilled to learn that this old family palace includes a restaurant, bar, top rated rooms, live music, and other special accommodations. In this palace located in Florence, there are 24 rooms and it is possible to get access to the whole hotel for your own party. The friendly staff, who speak good English, will help you plan your special day as you wish; whether you’d like their outdoor catering option, special decorations/themes to be set up, etc. Francesca was extremely helpful and gave us a tour of the facility. She also mentioned how they set up their rooms according to how the client wants it; dinner, cocktail party, holiday party, rehearsal dinner, wedding ceremony, etc. Lastly, one of the most memorable and unique features is their moveable wall panels up near the ceiling that can hold performers, speakers, etc. For the audience to look up at! Relais Santa Croce is the most elegant and unique place for a wedding with a personable, friendly, and easy to work with staff!

The hotel Relais Santa Croce is a beautiful place to stay. The history and the architecture of the hotel is amazing. The design of the guest rooms, gives a nice clean and modern feel. I would suggest to host dinner parties or meetings their, I personal feel it is to small to host a wedding inside. This hotel does not have a pool, if you are looking for one. It is also possible to rent out all of the rooms in the hotel so your entire family can stay together. The location is great! Guest have easy access to the restaurants and shops in the Santa Croce square, and the heart of Florence is short walk away.

I would definitely recommend planning an event at the hotel Relais Santa Croce! Francesca, the Events & Groups Coordinator, was wonderful in answering our questions and giving us a tour. This hotel can offer a beautiful authentic Florence venue that can hold up to 120 guests for cocktail and 80 guests for dinner. The location is right in the center of Florence, a 2-minute walk to the Santa Croce Church and about less than 2km from Santa Maria Novella Station. FLR is the nearest airport which is about a 40 minute drive. They offer outside catering and have a restaurant on the first floor as an option. The cocktail room is very elegant and the hotel rooms were kept in great condition. The suite we toured had it's own living area and kitchen. Any guest would be lucky to stay at this hotel!

Service is excellent across all facets of what you would expect from a hotel. The amenities such as the soap and the shampoo was quite nice. The breakfast was excellent. The rooms were clean and the lobby/reading room is quite nice with big couches. The location of this hotel is good in that you can walk to most of the major nearby tourist hotspots. You can ask the front desk to help you reserve tickets for those tourist spots, I. E. The museums.

Relais Santa Croce is perfectly located in the heart of the Florence city, as I entered in the hotel there was a sweet Florentine aroma in the entire building caught my attention. I visited the place to gather some information about their catering services and the lady at the hotel gave such nice explanation about their property and the exclusivity, I must say what they say about their service and products is really true and they go the extra step to make your experience comfortable and it’s a value for money experience. Highly recommended!

Elegance and courtesy for a fabulous stay in one of the most beautiful cities in the world. From the entrance you are welcomed with kindness, beautiful the view of the inner garden, you pass for an efficient and helpful reception, from which you can already listen to the piano notes that at some times is played in a beautiful frescoed room with ample seating, You can also comfortably wait for the elevator on the sofas, then relax in the room, enjoying all the comforts, from the temperature you want to the lights, the possibility to take a Turkish bath or to read a magazine on the chairs sipping tea at Disposition in various flavors with his kettle on the desk, or read a good book directly in bed, with all the light options also suitable for reading and among the softer blankets that there are! Impeccable cleanliness, punctual service, great location, from the window I saw the Basilica of Santa Croce, a few steps away from Ponte Vecchio, Palazzo Pitti and Giardini di Boboli. Possibility to book already through the reception tickets for the various sightseeing, for example for the Uffizi, avoiding unpleasant queues, then all the sign of true relaxation and courtesy. Dream stay in the dream city.

I had diner in this restaurant and the food was bad for a five stars hôtel. The discovery menu was only 45€ with a starter, first and second dishes and désert! The wine was Amazing. But expensive! If you come in this restaurant it is for the décor! Nothing else. Staff was professional also.
