The Palazzo was lovely and the rooms very large. Ours opened to a narrow set of stairs down or it would have rated five stars. But the room itself was elegant and spacious.

Honestly one of the BEST hotels we have stayed in. Service is outstanding! The room we had with bathtub was absolutely amazing!

I highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Florence. Rooms are great — clean and sized very well considering the location. Only minor concern I have is the the shower size and door placment.

Positive: Overall feel of the property is wonderful with a upscale feel while not being pretentious. Rooms are spacious, location next to Santa Croce and walking distance to everything.

Slightly more expensive and farther away from all the actions of Florence, but on the other hand we got to enjoy the amazing amenities and service.

Stylish B&B, in the heart of Santa Croche and an easy, short walk to all main attractions in Florence.

Marco and Daniel were warm and gracious hosts. The B&B was clean, safe and comfortable… and so easy and convenient to get to all the places we wanted to see in town.

My husband and I just returned home from an enchanting trip to Florence, and we cannot say enough about the hospitality and helpfulness of Mario and Gabriel!

The hotel building is hundreds of years old and was originally a tower. It and the surrounding buildings are built from the stone of an ancient Coliseum and based on its outer wall foundations.

The rooms have a nice old world charm. The location is perfect, walking distance to a variety of piazzas and cathedrals.

The owner of this bnb are AMAZING. We needed to leave cinque terre a day early because of a train strike and Maria and Francesco moved things around so we could come into Florence a day early.
