Quiet, clean, well located and the cheapest price.

Prepaid reservation confirmed on Sunday evening, upon arrival the hotel is closed. A total desolation we called the 3 numbers affixed to the intercom, and the 3, answered only that of the night porter. In the middle of the afternoon. Of the other 2, both untraceable for over an hour. The night porter tried to reassure me by saying that a blond girl would arrive in 10 minutes. Ten minutes in a hotel where the reception is open h24hr? Something's not coming back.
And did not come back in fact.
At one point I send an SMS one of the two numbers, saying that he could not speak because he was doing a therapy in the hospital, and that the reservation had been diverted at the hotel the two fountains (nice, with friendly staff, nice and friendly).

Very poor service. Nothing friendly or helpful.

The room was approximately clean, I found something on the toilet, but wiped out with a napkin. Maybe it was some lotion during cleaning and was not well washed. Nevertheless, the bathroom was clean. It seemed a little hotel. We didn't had any problems with the a/c. Run all night if you want it to, easy to program. Breakfast was basic: juices, muesli, corn flakes, sweet yogurt, milk, hot coffee, dry bread, fresh bread (you could toasted it with a toaster on the table if you wanted to), butter, jam, cornetti, muffins, buccellato (hope I guessed it), spinach with cheese pie (first 3 days). The downside was that if you wanted to store some food in the mini-fridge, there was a warning that the food will be removed. But we can't be sure that this is not an overall rule for all Italian hotels around there. The staff was nice and friendly. Didn't have any complaints with them. At the end, after the check out, they were kind enough to help us, by deposit our baggage until we left in the afternoon to the airport. We didn't asked for help with the taxi as we learned our way to the central station in the few days of our vacation.

No service at all! Reception desk always unmanned. One time the reception desk was manned by a young girl. Towels which we left on the floor for replacement were put back on the towel rack! Last night we came back to hotel and we had no toilet paper and washing supplies! Guests cannot put anything in the fridge because the hotel will confiscate them. No washing of anything inside the room! Breakfast sucks!

We stayed here three nights my boyfriend and I. And we will not return again, positive only has the location close to the center. The television did not work and the owner said we were unable to use it, the breakfast non existent and with old things, we brought the luggage by hand on the stairs, the room was not clean and we were given a single roll of toilet paper. The staff is not present and can not answer simple questions about the city and the places to visit.

Excellent room and bathroom cleaning, great breakfast buffet, helpful staff, early for a next stay!

Most hateful people. Very bad manners. Wouldn't help us get a taxi even. We had to pay one euro to make a call. Run by a family the daughter is the worst. She wouldn't even look us in the eye. She would look at the floor when talking to us very racist because we were indians. She refused to switch on the a/c. Florence which is so famous for its artists are churning such dirty people now.

See review before this one. We came in the summer and air did not work properly and we had the exact same experience with the management. The breakfast was a joke at best — overall this was nicer than an American Inn Motel with service like you were staying in an American Inn.

Rooms were really clean and the breakfast was simple but very fresh and tasty. Note you WILL need to know a bit of Italian or have Google translate handy. Its a family ran hotel and they live there too, but only the daughters know very basic english. Got a friendly morning and evening when spoke to them in Italian. Cannot fault prices tho for the location. Will be going back for definite.
