Rooms quite comfortable and aesthetically beautiful. The breakfast was good. Speaks English without any problem courteous. Potion good. Recommended!

Lights don't work. A/c is switched off and room is gloomy and stuffy.

The staff was excellent, very helpful. However, the bedside lamps did not work nor did the hair dryer. I reported these issues and nothing was done. I was glad I was only staying ONE night.

No hot water for more than 18 hours, ran out of some breakfast things before 0830 on the last day. However rooms comfortable and staff helpful.

Amazing stay, very nice receptionists, clean and comfortable rooms, rich breakfast and 20 minutes walk to all city center attractions. Right on the ZTL border makes it perfect location if you are staying and your car with you where you simply leave your car at the parking garage while you spend the day jogging the city.

I stayed in the standard room which is very small but comfortable, the although small has a large shower and the only flaw is the arrangement of the bidet. The staff are very friendly and very helpful, the breakfast consists of a large buffet both sweet and salty has so much choice that there is also prosecco, on request is also served espresso and cappuccino. The property is a 30-minute walk from the center but very close to various bus stops leading into each area.

I stayed two nights at this hotel and I have to say we had a great time! Staff very helpful, standard room small but equipped with every comfort, small balcony, bathroom with very large shower although the bidet is in a somewhat uncomfortable position. I would go again!

Nice hotel, tastefully furnished. Great room cleaning. Very good breakfast. Negative note: hot water shower and undispensed bathtub, just lukewarm. Despite reporting to the front desk, the problem, room 209, has not been resolved. A cold shower, given the great heat, is what it took…

Nice place, pretty special rooms. To be a 4 star maybe lack services, which I would expect. Nice location close to the center, but not in ZTL. The problem is that the bathtub was leaking water, flooding the bathroom. Inadmissible in a 4 star, then the reception knew that there was this problem, said it only at the end of the stay!

Very nice design hotel. Just outside the confusion of the city center can still be easily reached by public transport or with a nice walk. Impeccable staff in all respects. Thanks to Federica who welcomed us with warmth and professionalism. It was a pleasure to stay with you. I highly recommend it.

I chose this hotel for my first visit to Firenze, I am very happy with my choice; the staff at the restaurant were very attentive, the juice bar in the morning was great, I got to pick my own fruits and veggies to start my day; booked a superior room and was very pleased with the size of the bathroom and bath tub itself, night lights beaming around my room was amazing touch. Overall a five-star experience, will come back to UNA Firenze without hesitation.

Well located and easily reachable by car, the hotel is located in a quiet location just over 1km from the centre. Appreciated the large internal courtyard with the possibility of parking also in the convenient underground parking with elevator directly connected with the hall and a sector of the building.

Decent location, nice building, clean room, working facilities, good on-site restaurant. Wifi was sub par unless you want to pay extra. Location is a good 20m walk from main area of city. As someone from the States I was confused by needing to leave my swipe card key in a holster by the entrance door (after about 5m everything turns off, lights, a/c). Outlets not always in convenient locations. Overall a solid place to stay, but a bit overpriced.

Hotel not far from the center, the bus stop and not very far, just a few minutes you're at Ponte Vecchio. All in modern style, it overwhelps you as soon as you entered. Very helpful staff Services at the Top, as in each chain "Una". I highly recommend it. A sore note are the rooms a little too small.

You go crazy the lights, do not work bedside readers, very dark hallways, otherwise good law and attention.

A fascinating and beautiful hotel. A little distance from the main areas of Florence but there are buses that stop nearby. If you are fit and able it's a good 10 to 15 minute walk to the main attractions. A good Chinese restaurant out of the exit and round to the left. Hotel restaurant is basic but the food is good.

Very nice Hotel, clean, modern. Comfortable relaxing rooms thanks to the LED lights and the comfortable mattress.
But the thing that impressed me the most and the staff, all and always smiling every time you passed C was always for you a smile with greeting. All kind and caring. To the girl of the receptionists we asked him a lot of questions about Florence and she always with education and smiling answered everything in detail. And then the next day he asked us if we had combined to move around etc.
The lady in the dining room and bar, very kind too thoughtful and friendly.
You could exchange two words with everyone making you feel at home. Very professional but at the same time friendly.

UNA was a great hotel. The location is a little far from the centre, but nothing too crazy. You can easily walk 30 minutes to the centre of town. The rooms are very clean with comfortable beds. It's also very quiet so you'll sleep like a baby. They will also go above and beyond the call of duty to make you happy. One negative was that there was no way to heat up water for tea or coffee in your room. Something that's very common in North America. A really cheap addition, which would make UNA perfect for us. Overall, great stay. Would definitely stay here again.

I was hard to sleep because the hotel ac is really noisy and it's impossible to shut it down. The room becomes even more noisy when you turn the lights on.

Really nice hotel we stayed there for a couple of days. The rooms are a bit small and if you want to work inside your room the lighting is so dimm. The breakfast had a nice variety and everything was ok. What's nice about the hotel is the underground parking equipped with chargers for electrical cars!

Nicely located on walking distance to the center, rooms look good, breakfast is nice, friendly staff. We had issues with the water which was solved quickly.

I felt like I was bathing in a window. The rooms are dark and too small. The Wi-Fi is cut all the time. Clean and good breakfast. Exotic decor.

Uncomfortable. Exotic room. Kind.

The hotel is an acceptable place to stay, but lets itself down by focusing on style over function, the style being somewhere between a bordello and a nightclub, of which it is neither. If they had focussed their efforts on less noisy door locks and more practical room layout, this place would score higher. Breakfast is good (but not inspired), the staff are good and it is in a quiet location, 15 mins enjoyable walk from centre.

Great fish and meat high prices but it's worth all.

Design Hotel, good location, nice room but little efficient. Friendly and prepared staff.

Cool hotel, worth staying on the south side of Florence for. Loads of great restaurants nearby. Highly recommended.

The building is nice but was renovated 14 years ago. Needs some work when you look at the place closely. The bathrooms and funky in style with tubs and showers. We paid about $275/night Canadian but I don't think it was worth that. Breakfasts are the same daily which is kind of boring. They can improve in their breakfasts. Staff are pleasant. It's about 20-25 minutes from the core downtown Florence but with the crazy hot temperatures, it takes a toll on you. Bus 6A and 6B are very handy.

Cleanliness: Very good staff: friendly, helpful breakfast: Good choice location: Perfect, good bus connection, walking to the center about 25 minutes surroundings: Penny Supermarket + bus ticket stand + stops negative: gloomy staircase + dark bath — with a fresh Ansteich goes the friendlier.

Not in the Ultra centre but direct walking distance (15min Ponte Vecchio).

Very unique. Best bed I've had in Europe though, felt like memory foam with a feather pillow! "Viewing shower"something to see, a good hotel for couples. Not really a family hotel I think.

A bit of a walk, but the service absolutely makes up for it. The hotel is very modern Italian.

Interesting Concept But the hotel is getting a little old, need a makeover. The dining room is more like a meeting room of Jehovah's Witnesses than a dining room.

Very hot in the rooms and decor is dated. Couldn't turn off all the lights in my room at night time.

Designer hotel, convenient location: just outside the old town, with parking, served by lines of public transport in 10 minutes lead to many sights.
Clean room, comfortable: detail wall lighting and ceiling with wooden beams. Staff courteous and helpful.

A really funky Hotel, a lot of electronic gadgets in the room, like the fiberglass-stars in the dark walls. Really helpful and friendly personnel.

A good one, but I did not like the cleanliness of the room.

Not really central but well connected by public transport. At 15 minutes from Ponte vecchio. Very friendly staff. Hotel design but very nice.

Really nice hotel, the location is not very central but it doesn't take much to get to the Center.

An hidden gem hotel, just outside city center. Fabulous breakfast, super modern set up, every room is different. The staff is nice, and they have the outside patio that is very quiet and fantastic on summer night, you're in the hearth of Florence but still it's quiet in their internal court. The bus stop is few feet away and take in 3 minutes to the very city center, or 15 minutes to pointe vecchio by walk. Near to the oltrarno restaurant area They have parking as well, but you can park outside. If you're looking for an unusual modern place, you should consider it.

Good: design hotel with a special atmosphere. Nice staff beautiful room. Quiet and peaceful place but a bit off center. The restaurant is good. Great because in the area there are many places to go. Watch the numbers: not in order for that walk you lose some time.

Hotel with a modern design and detail, much sought after. The rooms are very nice with a nice game of lights "Star effect" create atmosphere. Internet not fast, at least in the classic rooms, and some trimming here and there, but very nice and recommended! Is 10 minutes from Ponte Vecchio, wanting can be reached by public transport, provided that the traffic is not blocked.

Very comfortable hotel with a particular design. Well connected by public transport (traffic permitting), is a quarter of an hour's walk from ponte Vecchio. Some dissonance from here and there, but overall the service is consistently good.

You just can't beat the starry night theme of the hotel. Great location to travel to all attractions around town. Staff are courteous and helpful with requests. They provide free water, beer, wine in the rooms. A hotel chain that thinks about the needs of their guests as the most important criteria.

Got engaged in Boboli Gardens in 2005 and stayed here! Perfect stay and they did the best coffee I've ever had. Amazing bath in room (very deep).

Design is fabulous, rooms comfy, easy access to central Firenze. And sign up for their newsletter. If you're flexible with travel dates, they occasionally have very low room rates for a weekend here and there — normally at very short notice.

Reminded me of the Paramount Hotel in NYC without the attitude. Tiny comfortable rooms with sexy and whimsical design by Fabio Novembre made the most of the limited space. The leaky toilet leaked left rust stains in the bowl which was rather unappealing but the room for the most part was clean and tidy. The tiled, glass-walled shower with large over head rain shower head was nice There is a funky bar that serves 4 euro cocktails with lots of snack food by a polite and friendly staff person from 6-9 nightly. And the free breakfast is pretty complete with American, eggs, bacon, sausage, Italian meats and breads, tarts and croissants, fruit, cereal, milk, American coffee and tea and cappuccino by request. Internet is a euro or two and hour and works well if you can maintain a wireless signal. We were able to park our car in the driveway out front for 20 euros a night. There is also an indoor garage. A 15 minute walk to Ponte Vecchio where you pass by the small and interesting shops and restaurants along Via Pisana make it a perfect distance to be away from loud and hoary American crowds around the city center and a perfect price for the location and convenience.
