Great hotel for families. The rooftop terrace has amazing views. The service is excellent. The location was very convenient. Emmanuel made great drinks and great input about the history and sites to visit. The suite was huge. While some furniture may be dated, we truly enjoyed the spaciousness and comforts of the suite as a family. They offered a cellular device for sightseeing and Wi-Fi calling which was very handy. They checked us in early and took time to personally walk us through the suite and made sure we were comfortable. They have a unique touch in their hospitality about soap but I will not give away the surprise. Breakfast was decent but there are plenty of choices in close vicinity as well. Lot of great places to shop and eat. The gelataria near the hotel was very good. We look forward to our visit again.

It's funny to live alone in such a huge room. Everything is old, but clean. One bedroom overlooked the well of the yard, where the air conditioner was buzzing, that at 3 am had to fly to another. Another on the street where the cheerful Italians shouted and garbage collected garbage at 5 am. If you are on a large car, you need to be a virtuoso, not to cheer up the sides and crawl into the yard.

The junior suite couldn't be more prettier! I chose this suite for my mother's birthday, and they got us a home made cake, it's so sweet. And the terrace got one of the best view for Florence. Staffs are kind and helpful. Just perfect.

This hotel is nothing short of remarkable. It's beauty and grace are only surpassed by the amazing city in which it finds itself. The rooms are giant, breakfast luxurious, and a rooftop bar/deck that is stunning. This hotel is not for everyone, if you're looking for the Ritz, it is not. However as a small boutique hotel you cannot go wrong, in fact you may not be able to do better.

Staff here are ridiculously helpful and speak perfect English. At your beck and call no matter the time. The rooms have immense character and is ideally situated too. Amazing gelato place around the corner and also Cucilia which is a lovely restaurant with very good vegetarian options. Highly recommended.

My favorite hotel ive ever stayed at. As intimate and cool as it gets. Only about 10 suites and there is a private rooftop bar with insane views and a personal bartender for you and the other guests. Truly a 5 star experience.

A former palace of nobility has been carefully transformed into this hotel. We were impressed with the warm and professional service by all staff. By far the most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed in. The place is a real palace and feels as such. Super friendly staff, and with only 13 rooms in the hotel it has a very intimate feel to it, while still having the luxury and space of a palace. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Improve the breakfast but good anyway.

We stayed at the Palazzo in April for 5 nights and if we could have extended our trip — we would have. So rarely do you find a "hotel" that makes you feel so comfortable and so at home — even if the surroundings are quite different from your own home. The location is perfect — across the river in the Oltarno area with easy access to restaurants, all the major sites and local experiences as well. From the moment you enter the hotel you are met with excellent personal service as well as the beautiful surroundings. We arranged several tours ahead of time and all preparations were just perfect. And the selections we made for our suite were beautifully done — flowers, the scent in the room, even your choice of a personal soap to use during your stay. The food and the dining room were also perfect — the dining room beautiful and the food delicious and your breakfast selection prepared to order. Do not miss an opportunity to stay here if you are planning a trip to Florence. It is the perfect setting for a stay in a beautiful city.

A royal experience in magnificent Florence. If you're looking to have the fairytale treatment while in Florence, I definitelly recomment Palazzo Magnani Feroni. I loved every second of my 3 day visit there. The friendly and attentive staff, which knows you by name; the feeling of exclusivity, because there are only 12 rooms; the delicious breakfast, served with Prosecco by white-gloved waiters in a room with a dramatic crystal chandellier and old pictures; the rooftop terrace with magnificent views of all of Florence — all that made me not want to leave the hotel. And then comes the room: I stayed in the Giulia suite, with a wonderful living room, furnished and decorated to make you feel like you're in a home, not a hotel room; the even bigger bedroom, with a comfortable bed, huge warddrobe and spectacular windows (they even have an exercise machine in each room to burn the callories from all that gelato) ; the cosy bathroom with a bathtub and eco friendly toiletries. All of this is to make you feel special and welcomed. I loved the cutsie old-time elevator with a little couch in it to sit and its 2 opening doors, the hallways richly decorated with wall paintings and mirrors, creating a castle-like atmosphere; the patio with all the flora where you can have your afternoon coffee or drink.

I loved my experience at this magnificent palazzo, I vacationed with two of my friends we didn't want to leave. We loved the breakfast each morning the waiters were so friendly and polite. If anyone gets a chance to stay here ask for the Beatrice room excellent … will definetly come back.

The home is charming and attentive. It is in English or in Italian. We have a suite which is the only one with a tiny balcony that overlooks the courtyard. The suite is large, approximately 85 m 2 divided between a living room and a bedroom. There is a TV room. For people speaking only the french there is only France 24 and TV5. Emphasis is placed on a responsibility for the environment. The bed and towels are changed on request. There is possibility to choose its bath salt according to an assortment available. Ditto for a category of high-end wines "Tiara" (bottle decorated with Swarowski). The bathroom is separated in two parts, part sink and the other party, tub with shower, toilet and large wash basin. Call products are bio the Panama brand.
In the lobby of the hotel, you have a gym at disposal, as well as from 18:00 to 23:00 the bartender. There is provision to this floor a Nespresso machine and tea shop nearby Via del Te. This offer ends on the two other floors but with coffee a grain and kettle. Very friendly. The large breakfast room is on the 2nd floor and is beautiful. The woodwork is painted on the ceiling, large Venetian chandelier. The staff is very nice. The buffet offers meats and local cheeses, salad of fresh fruit, biscuits, cakes and other pastries. There are also gluten-free and other products with omega-3, as well as dairy products. Large selection of teas in the store Via del you and American coffee.

Great hotel away from all attractions and restaurants and museums just a few steps away. Our Suite was big and warm and it's Sweet it!

Spent several nights here last March with my husband and 11 year old son. We all loved everything about it. The front desk helped to arrange transportation from the train station and answered lots of tourist questions via email before we arrived, so I knew we were in for a treat. But then we arrived and GOOD GOD this place is amazing. It is like stepping back in time, but with luxury and privacy I'm sure the original owners never imagined. The rooms were crazy big with welcome goodies waiting and comfy beds and furnishings. The room (s) were spotless and well-cared for during our stay although I never saw the staff working in them. Breakfast was enormous. I wish we had had time to spend in the billiards room. The location is very good = safe neighborhood, a bit off the beaten path but plenty of food and drink nearby. I almost hate to go on and on, since I know this will result in higher prices but Palazzo is perfection. I can't wait to go back.

Palazzo Magnani Feroni was absolutely beautiful and such a comfortable environment for our first visit to Florence. The staff was attentive. Our rooms were amazing.

Wonderful experience. I went with my wife and my three children and they were really happy. The room was wonderful and the breakfast wonderful. We loved the hotel. The only downside is that parking is very expensive. Otherwise it seemed formidable. When we returned to Mexico they told you all of that hotel. Thank you.

We were family. Coincidio´OCON birthday my twin daughters. We spent a fantastic evening and attention, as the facilities were very nice.

We have spent several days at the Palazzo Magnani Feroni. It was a full pleasure. The large, luxurious rooms, the elegant House, the location, the most attentive service, everything was extra class, but the Sun gear of all the comfortable armchairs in the Loggia Florence to be able to look at — with the magnificent Tuscan wine in your hand — this was priceless. Each should are lucky enough to live in this House.

Our resent stay at Palazzo Magnani Feroni exceeded all expectations! Not only was our suite beautiful and comfortable but the staff was exceptional. They were resposive to our every need and helped us have an unforgetable experience in Florence. The Palazzo is in a charming neighborhood with lots of great shops and restaurants, but very close to the bridge and all the sites of Florence. We never needed a cab until it was time to go to the airport. We will definitely return and will treasue our memories!

It’s those special things that make a visit special and, more importantly, memorable. Whether it was the impeccable timing of the concierge opening the hotel car park in manic Firenze mid-afternoon traffic or the selection of wonderful hand-picked bath soaps, the Palazzo Magnani Feroni is welcoming and offers an exceptionally high standard of service and comfort. The hotel, or rather palace, with a rich history that spans centuries, has been open for around 12 years — you’d be forgiven for thinking it had been established significantly longer ago. From the opulent suites to the billiards room, the roof terrace to the 20 foot ceilings, the palace is steeped in history and style. Not wishing to be left in the past, all the suites have satellite TV and Internet connections in both the bedrooms and the lounges. The roof terrace bar, with its wonderful views across the city and excellent service leaves one the distinct feeling that asking for a vodka martini, shaken not stirred, would be entirely appropriate. The worst thing, due to the age of the building and no doubt the close proximity to many of Florence’s great treasures, is the absence of an iron in the rooms – something the historians amongst us would neither miss or, to be honest, use a great deal.

Simply unique. A former palace, part museum, part hotel. This won't be for everyone but if you love a bit of history and atmosphere with your room then this is the place to stay in Florence. The view from the roof terrace is stunning. Great gelato round the corner too :).

Old fashion/classic super large room and one of the worse breakfast I ever had in a hotel. The hotel in itself is very nice and the roof terrace is amazing and well worth a visit.
