A good opportunity to visit the beautiful city of Florence. Also accessible to families or less well-off people. The old town is not very close but can be reached both by car and with the means made available, some days even until late in the evening. Comfortable, efficient, clean, varied and good buffet breakfast.

Great location, near airport. Clean rooms. Couple miles away from the city. Delicious food.

We were in Florence about two weeks ago. The room was good with comfortable beds. Great breakfast too!. During checking in, the price for breakfast was mentioned to us as 7Euro per person. I commented that was pricy (since the Best Western Piccadilly in Rome charged us only 2 Euro per person) — the person at the front desk told us that if we didn't book for breakfast right then, he would charge us 10Euro if we showed up in the morning. Hence my rating of 3 stars. (The other front desk people were kind and courteous. They told us that no booking was needed and we could walk in for breakfast)

I've been there twice. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms satisfying, but the parking issue a whole other story. You almost have to argue over a parking space disputed by residents, hotel customers and an adjacent shop. I don't even recommend stopping in front of the entrance to unload luggage, because we also bothered those who walked. I invite you to solve this big problem to ensure that we customers are more comfortable during their stay.

I recommend completely this hotel. Such a perfect stay with great breakfast and dinner too. Staff is very friendly and special thanks goes to Raimondo whom served us to great perfection!

For years we have been going to this hotel, now that it is of the BEST WESTERN chain is much improved, in the rooms in the cleanliness, the kindness and competence has always been splendid — nearby all buses to the center, restaurants and pizzerias. To recommend.

Convenient location, close to the motorway and the airport and 10 minutes by bus from the centre. Renovated structure, with large and clean rooms, also have a private parking available.
The staff are friendly and helpful in solving the needs of the customers.
The quality of the breakfast is to be improved.

Hotel located about 20 minutes outside the center of Florence. Just outside the hotel lies the bus stop with two lines leading to Santa Maria novella. Clean rooms spacious and tidy. Very friendly staff and plenty of breakfast.

Rooms are clean and comfortable. Sufficiently maintained and up to date. Excessively noisy due to the positioning side of the busy street. The absence of parking. Only in the vicinity of a parking fee quite expensive.

Friendly and helpful staff. The bar makes an excellent Negroni. The rooms are comfortable.

We spent a fantastic weekend in Florence especially thanks to the warmness, kindness and disposition of all the staff.

Good hotel not much parking. Breakfast is good but not free. Comfy beds but very small bathroom.

Good for the price and the location but no hot water and pressure in the shower.

Good bedding, but it's not a 4 star! No hot water and pressure in the bathroom, cleanliness really leaves a lot to be desired! That said the location is good.

The rooms are good, the restaurant is going without more. Attention a visitor's tax of 4 €/p/j not indicated in the price.

I will say I was torn between 2 stars and 3 stars because of the service. Starting with the room itself, it was a nice and clean room. It was a little awkward of a setup because it was a small room with 4 beds because we had 4 people staying but it was still a nice room. The location is towards the edge of town but luckily there is a bus stop just a very short walk that will take you to the city center. You can but the bus tickets there at the hotel for just over 1 euro. The breakfast is good and there is a large selection of food to choose from. The service on the other hand was very poor. When checking in we heard the group in front of us get the Wi-Fi service described to them in Italian. When we were checking in we were told nothing about how to connect to Wi-Fi or anything and were left to figure out how to do it on our own. Also when we asked about the bus services and how to get to the city center the gentlemen explained it to us. When we came back to purchase our bus tickets we asked again just to verify we were correct since we are obviously not from the area. His response was "I already told you earlier. But you take… " I thought that was very rude. Lastly when checking out we were charged more than what we were originally told for breakfast. It was an extra charge for not being from the area apparently but it was something that they could have told us in the first place rather than misleading us about the price for breakfast.

Really helpful staff, that made our stay very nice. Rooms up to date, and clean. They could put some wash cloths in the bath rooms to save water. But not having them in rooms seems to be the norm. Close to public transportation with staff willing to help with taxis. We had to leave early for pur flight out. Staff at the front desk made arrangements for us to have bag breakfasts. They we're very professional, and made us feel welcome.

Close to airport, couple minutes walk to bus stop with several busses going to city center. Room is very quiet. Breakfast is OK-ish.

Pity the area, a bit ' older but well deserved the 4 stars.

The room was nice. Location is good if you have a flight and want something near FLR airport. Some of the towles and pillows were dirty.

Nothing that didn't go great cleaning, great breakfast, great service at reception free parking; highly recommended.

Not bad, there is sense that they've recently renovated (by simply painting the walls and buying new furniture). Good place to stay if you're near the airport although be careful of the surrounding area late at night, it reminded me of a scene straight out of grand theft auto…

Very good service. The check in attendant Enrico was very accommodating for our big group and did not take a breath while assisting us. Very fast, very kind, and extremely professional. Great job and great employee. He is an asset to the company.

The bathrooms are built but my incredible muscles solved the problem-based fisticuffs.

Horrible experience! Advise against!

Staff mostly friendly. Bad service. Poor cleanliness and attention to hygiene and the rules of common sense. Old tree with showy restructuring measures to be applied. Elevators not working (choose your own floor, when even hang between floors). Quality of breakfast very poor. Rooms very small and poorly soundproofed and even smaller bathroom with shower impractical to not anorexic. Switches and sockets are old and unsuitable for the new Italian and German pins. Fire alarm system labeled as out of service … Even if you find attractive promotions, passed over!
In short, is not worthy of a 4 star hotel.

Lived in the worst hotel, no one. Not 4 stars. Also 1 star quality. Facilities are old and rooms are not soundproof, talking in the next room listening to very clearly. The room cold, no heating. Free parking, good parking. You will want to save money to stay at the hotel.

A bit far from the centre of Firenze but great bus service is just down the road. It's basic but mostly fine. Clean enough, except for some dusty bits in the room. Their maintenance and general upkeep leaves a lot to be desired. Breakfast is OK and the staff are helpful and mostly friendly. However, a 4-star hotel it mostly definitely is not! We weren't under that impression when we booked it, but I can see why some of the reviews are so bad. If I'd booked a 4*, I'd be pretty peeved off myself once I checked in. If you come expecting a 2 or 3-start experience, you'll be fine.

Wifi is worst and never worked. Room is spacious and well maintained. Not a 4 star hotel and need to a 3 star hotel.

Clean room, privetlivy staff. Great view from the window (7th floor), good Breakfast buffet. The disadvantages take is that powerlinie to a wall of soap with a liquid soap instead of the traditional miniature cubes that you can take with you on your memory.

Kind staffs and comfortable to stay even at a single room.

Should seriously reconsider bar service — we nicely asked to clean table to have a breakfast but in 10 minutes all tables were clean except ours. See photo.

The rooms are of loculi, the air conditioner is 50 years is very noisy smaller bathrooms and showers, never mind. The décor has remained generally 80 years a little dirty. Not a 4 star hotel.
