Only pros and no "cons": — Small and nice residences. It seems to be guests at the Friends house.
— located a 20-minute walk from Campo di Marte station, and a 15-minute walk from Obi Hall. It is also close to public transport stops and the walk on the Lungarno.
— Friendly and cooperative owner. We had a little problem with a key and she was working to fix it in a reasonable time.
— Environment quite silent.
— Clean, comfortable, and functional room. Clean and functional bathroom.
— Drinks in the mini bar all at 1 Euro (the bottle of water I took was litre).
— Free stable and fast Wi-Fi connection (14MB in download and 1.4MB in upload).
— Very good value for money.
Note that by booking directly on the residence site, instead of via online operator, you save considerably.
