Very nice sport resort welcoming international swimming, triathlon, etc. Squads Very well located closed to the Elba island 2 restaurants, 1 Olympic pool Quality of the buffet can be improved However there is a large range of food.

Good for an active vacation. Soon time for renovation (and improved cleaning process. Ok service. Tried to get a €10 bill to pay the activity team (case machine broke and ens of vacation so out of cash). Asked the reception to charge the room in order to pay for activity team bit was told "it is impossible! ". Rooms for improvement with regards to facility standard and service but again great facilities for an active vacation with olympic pool, tennis courts, football fields etc. Btw, beds are really hard.

I was kindly greeted at the Reception and taken to my room on the other side of the property in a golf cart, while also given a tour of where I could find the restaurant and pool. The room was nicely prepared and very clean. With the windows open you could have a nice cool breeze in the summertime. I enjoyed a nice cold beer at the bar after a long day at the beach and a filling buffet breakfast the next morning at the restaurant. Great service, a wonderful location just 20 minutes walking to the beach and a lovely stay overall. Thanks!

Really very nice, ideal for weekend or holiday relax, four stars only for the few attractions inside as an evening organization (although staying only a weekend I could see very little), especially suitable for those who love the sport seen tennis courts Football and the Olympic pool that it offers.

Beautiful place in a fantastic location in Tuscany. Suitable for relaxing but equipped for those who want to do sports even at competitive level. It deserves a holiday even just a few days.

We stayed in the training camp with our triathlon club. The resort and restaurant are managed by two different managements.
Appendix Top! Water in the pool almost too warm, very clean so top! Shopping facilities right on the square. Proximity to the road, is okay, the gate to the direct path there was unfortunately always closed so you have to take a small detour. Are then about 3 km. Streets of the area: Italian, i. E. Potholes, but trains the hand signal when man drives in the group, distance to the mountains about 25 — 30 km, also okay, you can always roll in and roll out later.
Everything clean and tiptop, so no complaints but now to eat: the food was plentiful but not very varied. It is a good thing that vegetarians and allergic people are taken into consideration on vegans. Unfortunately, this looks different in practice. Extra charge per day for special requests such as vegan: whopping €5. For that you don't get alternatives but we only care that no cheese is on the pizza. Meat without a substitute, no tofu or Saitan, there is a passage left out. But only if you ask for extra each time. At breakfast vegan extras? Wrong display, sausage and cheese and butter can be left out, there is no margarine or other spreads except jam. I therefore wonder what the extra charge is justified. So prefer to give up the claim and therefore the surcharge and equip yourself with additions.

I went with my school I got sick but I din't that change my experience I went to the swiming pool and went to the football pitch or Tennis pitch at least I tried so I highly recommend it, it had great food for example excellent pizza and pasta as you expect from a Italian restaurant everyone is kind and has no intention to shout at you even if you are problematic.

Fine place if only the team had been like that.

It Is years that I stay in this residence, I am always well and despite being a structure with many apartments relaxation is assured.

A bit isolated place, far away to the beach (must take a car), but the best swimming pool (50 m) I have every enjoyed in such places. You can practice swimming every day for many hours. Not crowded. Always available space at the sunbads. There is hardly any restaurant around you can go. The only disadvantage is not very often change of towels. We spent 2 weeks and I don't remember if anyone provide us with clear set of towels after a week or a bit later…

Good Resort and restaurant, recommended for those who want to relax or do sports. Restaurant also accessible from the outside, good and super professional. Ideal for teams who want to make a collegiate. For the sea you need a shuttle or a car.

We have been coming for many years at this resort and we are really good!
Spacious apartments equipped with every comfort dishwasher air conditioning spaces ample comfortable bathrooms and outdoor spaces of breath. The outdoor with the 3 pools football and tennis fields really beautiful and usable absolutely to live

Also very good restaurant pizzeria the terrace inside and comfortable the shop bazaar the laundry and the service bike to rent the animation and finally convenient also counter ATM x withdraw.
The enchanting Gulf of Baratti is no more than 2 km easily accessible by bike and in the area the beautiful beaches of the park of Sterpaia and a mile with clean sea really.

Large Pool Delicious Restaurant Beautiful Apartments Beautiful Environment.

We dined at the restaurant on the date 26/07. In addition to being relegated to an absolutely unenlightened table we were served by a lousy waiter absolutely rude. Also the service on the whole was slow and inadequate to expectations. The waiting times are long and the staff rude and unqualified. Bad experience.

An impeccable stay, extraordinary location, near Populonia station, between Sea and Hill. The studio we stayed in was functional, comfortable and especially spotless in every detail (from the shower to kitchen furnishings). We found the induction cookers, are not very practical in the use (I would certainly prefer a classic hob) but in any case performs well its task. Microwave, fridge, dishwasher, all clean and tidy. The restaurant has a large terrace that from the 3 pools, excellent dishes and excellent pizzas (only flaw the dough comes — in my opinion — stretched too little, the pizza is a little bit cooked inside and is more difficult to digest — at least for us). Olympic swimming pool, do not expect a normal pool from spa or resort, this is really long, certainly more suitable for those who are already well trained. In any case there is another small size. Ultimately everything perfect. Congratulations!

Lovely location, the apartments are almost comfortable. The only problem is the quantity of mosquitos.

I'm torn between giving this place a 4 or a 5. The positives are: Spacious apartments Good restaurant Entertainment for children over the age of 3 The area is rich in activities of all kinds The grounds are beautiful The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils and dishwasher The drawbacks: We were surrounded by teenagers there for a camp although when we booked they knew we had an infant with us. The place was infested with ants. As with many pools in Italy, you had to wear a bathing cap (a little too old school for my taste) The place is so big and the staff so young (but cordial) that it was a bit impersonal. We had to pay €10 to have a patio/yard that was on an incline towards the road and too full of holes for the 14month old to play in. We did enjoy our stay, though. The area is really worth a visit.

Not a bad location, close to the beach by car. Walking would be a bit far and dangerous, the road gets narrow and busy. Surrounding towns are close and there is a lot to do. The room I had was a good size but it seemed to have not been very well cleaned, the cabinets were dirty and there were a lot of ants. The place says there are 3 pools but 2 of them are tiny and one is an olympic lap pool and they are all in the same place on the property, plenty of chairs for sun bathing though. Also, you have to wear a swim cap, this seems to be some weird Italian tradition based on who knows what wives tale.

Really nice resort. Very good maintenance. Apartment nice and comfortable. A lot of services available (a bit expensives). Swimming pool area big and equipped. So close to Baratti gulf.

Very friendly and helpful receptionist. Spontaneous booking was not a problem at a fair price for a large apartment. Despite very few guests, the pools were open and heated. A beautiful well-kept sprawling complex with first-class restaurant. Ideal for relaxing and finding peace in the immediate vicinity of the Etruscan coast. We will certainly be back.

Reception is incapable. Morning arrived, key was only at 5: 00, although the rooms were ready. Prices in the on-site supermarket and bars completely overpriced. The restaurant staff could be more friendly and flexible. Room only moderately clean. Who here is planning his vacation, should arrive late and definitely bring supplies as well as toilet paper! Great system, super pool — but already locked at 18:30. What a pity.

Very quiet! Always clean pools, one with Jacuzzi, functional! A perfect vacation!

We had lunch at the resort for an important occasion. Lunch was pleasant and tasty dishes. You can choose both dishes of sea and land. The staff was very friendly and professional. The location is lovely, perfect for a holiday in the area and for those who want their sports (Olympic swimming pool).

Dinner at the hotel restaurant, ordered squid ink linguine, a seafood appetizer, 3 pizzas and House white wine. The seafood appetizer good looking but poor flavor, linguine decidedly good.
The pizzas, deserve an honorable mention! Giants, thin, crispy and full of ingredients.
Price side there is the sore point, for these things plus a little sweet (good) and three coffees 27 euros each.

Buon ristorante, ottimo spaghetto allo scoglio e buoni ravioli di pesce, invitante la frittura peccato fosse un po' troppo salata. Prezzi nella media.

Beautiful place to stay. Very clean, fantastic staff. Great food. They have a little market to buy food if you like. Plus there are a few stores within walking distance if you like. Very comfortable. Also close to the beach. I highly recommend it.
