Hidden place from the outside, but inside it is very large, well maintained.

Almost 2 beautiful weeks. Great place and very good all the staff. We will definitely be back. Great also the animation Metamorphosis… very nice and good guys. It was also the 28th Anniversary of our wedding and the hotel also made us a beautiful surprise. Thank you.

Very good food and attentive and professional staff. Perfect Pet Friendly property within walking distance of a dog friendly beach. My labrador Shana enjoyed the pampering of the staff and the tasty welcome croquettes.

Noisy and poorly cared for rooms. Old, falling apart furniture. Folded nets and very uncomfortable mattresses. Poor and approximate maintenance. Beach nearby (700 meters scarce). Buffet in the norm and very repetitive. Approximate cleaning. Children's play area old dirty and with poor maintenance. Not 3 restaurants but 1 and also buffet. Friendly room staff. Entertainment guys kind, nice and very professional children.

Third consecutive year of vacation in this property. The first two years were acceptable even if the gaps were considerable. This year new management which in my opinion has made things considerably worse. Bad animation with incompetent staff, same goes for rooms I found dirty every day. Good instead the kitchen that has improved a lot, but pity that to find something to eat you have to make the runs as with the sales in the first days.

We have just concluded our holiday at the Buca del "MIAO" and My congratulations go to everyone … But especially to ANNA ALL PANNA, which with its simplicity and sympathy has managed to entertain my children! Congratulations also to all the animation and to Giancarlo who, in his shyness and confidentiality, involved me in his lessons! The only sore note… THE JUVE INNO!

I have been staying at this property for days and am very satisfied. Clean hotel nestled in greenery. Very welcoming and helpful staff. Great buffet cuisine varies and always very plentiful. Nice and engaging animation. Great solution for families. A special thank you to the two bartenders Dodi and Cinzia always smiling and available.

Great place! Ideal to relax both as a couple and with the whole family, it has animation and entertainment for the little ones both in the evening and during the day and the boys are courteous patient and very polite, there are also equipped areas dedicated to the little ones very cute! The little ones play and the grown-ups relax. There is a full spa of everything very well done and two pools one indoor and the other discovery if you do not want to go to the sea that is ONLY 5 minutes walk! A round of applause at the kitchen that offers an incredibly large and qualitatively excellent buffet dinner! Breakfast is no less! Congratulations also to the polite and helpful staff! Highly recommended!

Sunday 27th May Communion lunch at the cat's hole.
What about, everything perfect from the welcome cocktail to dessert we were 24 adults and 11 children from 5 years to 13 years old.
They played and bathed in the pool all afternoon under the watchful eyes of the lifeguard and the local staff.
Perfect Location for families with children, great staff.
The lunch was a riot of compliments from the guests both for the quality and for the service.
A special thank you go to Shasi la Maitre (forgive me for the way I wrote the name) who followed US recommended and has set up for us the coffa making it a homely and intimate.
Thanks also to the director Sofia for his maximum availability.

We were for the very nice personal tennis tournament starting from front desk waiter… eating good rooms beautiful clean a nice welcome for everything. Good all of you! The children were from God. Recommend.

Yesterday, May 6, we celebrated the first communion of our son Gabriel, we must thank all the staff. From the reception to the cook… cordial, professional availability! Delicious food from the appetizers to the dessert made by them and chosen by the child, but especially appreciated and praised by all the guests! Location prepared with care and elegance beautiful room, happy and enthusiastic children of the place… what to say. It is not easy to please everyone in these events but we have succeeded thanks to you! A special thanks to Mrs. Sofia who followed us… from the choice of the menu to all the details, simplicity and refinement of his "weapons", thank you all for making us spend a truly unforgettable day and it is really recommended x who As we are looking for something special.

Absolutely incompetent. They probably don't even know what emails are. Where to start well. To be able to book a room It took me a day and a half. I sent him 3 emails to which I had no confirmation response for the reservation. I had to call and call over and over again to succeed in doing so. Arrived there telling me that the room is ready they give me the keys in my hand and tell me that the following day at 10 o'clock I will have to leave the room with the following problem. The Spa I booked opened at 10 am and I have to leave for that hour. At this point I talk to the manager and ask if the room you can leave it to 12 days and he replies that if I want to prolong my stay I have to pay more €50 (1overnight x 2people with only breakfast + Spa I paid €75) are we crazy? The morning arrival to return the keys without having done the SPA for which I paid 20 euros and the manager also has the courage to ask the 3 euros for the tax to stay. And my 14euros for a service I have not benefited from?

Nothing fancy. Passable. Clean the rooms but no check for those who dive without taking a shower or put their headphones in the pool. The kitchen based more on quantity than on quality. However near the end of the buffet there is always something missing. The dessert I don't think is understood. Without infamy and without praise.

Rated 2/half stars: (stayed in winter) very big structure, too! Condo style apartments, not beautiful externally. Old furniture and some accommodations to do. Heating with convectors (dry air).
Spa until 7pm is not very helpful for those coming on late.

The facility is very pretty. It has a nice spa, very cozy. Spacious and comfortable rooms. Good food, buffet, with plenty of choice. But the strong point of the cat's Hole is the staff: super nice, friendliest and ready to meet all customer needs. Always with a smile. Congratulations.

From owners to employees, exquisite people always very helpful and kind, wide choice of food, also for celiacs, from salty to sweet and fruit, informal environment suitable for couples and families with children (they do entertainment x the youngest), dogs also of Big size. The pool on the deck is small and the spa is small so x the holidays should book the spa/massage in advance. The value for money is proportional. Enjoy and relax;-)

To visit (Pisa, Volterra, Florence, ) beach at 500m. Hello we eat there very well and very varied.

We were there for two years… the first quite well… the second a disaster… dirty rooms… bedspread all Laundry… very uncomfortable beds… Let's not talk about the bathroom… dirty… without a shelf x supporting personal belongings. … taking a shower is a feat because in the meantime you try to wash yourself, when there is water, with the other hand you have to hold on the door… someone found several animals in the room. Like cockroaches etc… restaurant that sucks… repetitive at the most… terrible breakfast all packed stuff. … not even quality. … coffee and cappuccinos of the vending machines… most of which were exhausted. … outdoor swimming pool in the… that dirty blanket and all the broken tiles… of the staff I do not know what to say… obvious that if you do not hsnno the stuff x Cook or x clean can not do miracles… very bad holidays…

Not bad. But for what it costs you expect more. Rooms with old furnishings. Bathrooms old and nn all height d how much you pay. It would take a nice renovation of the rooms… ol 20% cheaper on prices!

Visited in the low season so with many services not active. Pros: Buffet dinner of excellent quality, varied and abundant, both meat and fish (excellent). Very large and well maintained outdoor pool, many outdoor spaces with children's games. SPA with salt room and grotto with magnesium pool. Large and well appointed rooms except those on the first floor corner on two levels without blinds and balcony. Gym and tennis also on clay. Pretty nice sea considering the area.
Cons: Breakfast not at the height of the dinner, the presence of a kitchen so good should be used for the realization of sweets. The salty is also very limited.
Bathroom in small room without window. As opposed to the outdoor pool the indoor one had a visibly lower water quality and no heated.

I find myself pointing out the same things that others wrote: Nice structure but it needs maintenance, it conveys the impression of being neglected for several years. Friendly and helpful staff. Cleaning of the common parts to be revised (the floor of the indoor pool remained dirty for at least two days with residues of a diaper and more! ), a little better than the rooms, apart under the bed: there probably will not pass for months! It eats pretty well, on this nothing to say. The breakfast could be a little richer but I suspect you want to privilege the tastes of the foreign clientele. I will hardly go back, what a pity… with so much potential!

I hate to say it but not melo was expecting so absolutely lacks everything. Having 2 kids I am not telling the discomfort: the eat so said as kids corner the same things and only 4 things! Without saying it. However, never again.

I was a week ago and it was very relaxing entertainers are great I really bring all.

We had a good time with our little seven months. Only comment on the bathrooms too dated and impact not just nice. Entertainment good. Animation for children really done well.

Recommended x families with children. Good boys of animation. Very relaxing pool area. Chance to do massages and more. The beach can be reached in a short time on foot. If I must say just a note in the rooms with loft upstairs nn there is television! vast buffet. Good breakfast pastries.

We go there now for six years. You are very right, for children is ideal, but also for adults, there is also a spa inside. You eat buffet comfortably and in abundance and mostly very well. The rooms are wide and comfortable. Swimming pools, tennis courts, gym etc Beside a beautiful pine forest and the sea with excellent beach. Loved it!
