Kind staff, great service, excellent restaurant!

Good hotel slightly trimmed, rooms comfortable, large, clean daily, comfortable bed. Breakfast varies at buffet and restaurant, it also has a small gym.
A stone's throw past, passing the bridge coming out to the left after the parking lot there is a park where you can go running in the green.

Very clean and elegant structure, large and well-appointed rooms. The only thing to improve based on my experience is breakfast. Otherwise it's a great hotel to stay in.

The hotel is a very tall tower that at first impact makes you surprised given the context in which it is located. It is on the outskirts at has many advantages: great for proximity port boarding, outdoor or underground parking, breakfast and dinner possibilities even at unusual times; reception h24.
Rooms with every comfort and very clean.

I often stay in this hotel for business and I have to say it's a really nice place to stay. Close to the FS Di Livorno Central station, it offers large rooms with really good beds and pillows that don't disappoint expectations. There are large tubs/showers in the room and the TV offers Sky cable service. Present fridge bar very stocked and with not too high prices. I haven't tried the dining part yet but according to my colleagues it's good. The staff were friendly and friendly.

Very nice hotel! Good location, in about 12min at the ferries. Perfect for motorcyclists looking for an overnight stay before going on the ferry.

Only the entrances to the underground car park are all closed in the morning. You have to go over the exit. And the underground car park is extremely slippery, watch out!

Nice hotel more for a one night or two … not in a fancy area more industrial park.

It is 15 minutes from port livorno, so it is a good hotel, if you have a ferry in the morning (breakfast stars early, probably for the same reason) rooms are clean and cosy. Breakfast is also good.

Very practical Hotel to reach which is on the freeway almost to the center of Livorno. Equipped with many rooms has a decent restaurant. Ideal for business meetings.

Comodo da raggiungere in quanto è all'uscita di Porta a Terra, decentrato ma comunque a pochi minuti dal centro (in auto). Camere belle, comode e pulite. Personale gentile e disponibile. Ristorante interno elegante e con piatti ricercati, ma un po' caro.

Very modern, elegant Hotel, easy to get to, you can get to the station on foot. The rooms are large and spacious, furnished in an essential but functional and pleasant. Outside there is ample possibility of parking and a few meters away there is the possibility to use a shopping center, with pizzeria and bank counter.

When a supposedly high-end hotel, with some excellent traits, leaves in waiter service that, in the early morning hours wake up customers, the hotel is worthless, all the merits go into the background!

As always a guarantee, rooms clean and nicely decorated. Huge bathroom with all the accessories. TV with Sky channels. Full breakfast buffet for all tastes.

Rooms with parquet… Three pillows available… Very comfortable and clean Only thing I don't like is the shower in the tub… And the cost slightly higher than my standards… The underground parking is included though…

Splendid hotel with high-tech decoration very comfortable and convenient before embarking for the port of Livorno this hotel also has a restaurant and right next door you have a hypermarket the coop with around a shopping mall.

I am from Naples and I travel a lot… I have been to this hotel just today and I must say that it has absolutely no flaws, apart from the TV that had no signal. It is beautiful, well furnished, clean and has a very kind staff! Ahhh… and then those soaps are fragrant beautiful experience. I recommend remedied for the TV ☺ ️ soon.

Excellent location near the indoor stadium in Livorno. Recommended for concerts and sporting events. Elegant and clean rooms.

Confortable rooms, kind staff and quite good breakfast, but very noisy if your room is on the railway side…

Cleanliness OK, but in the room where I stayed the bathroom needed maintenance. Staff a bit too "aloof" for my liking.

Good Hotel, not brand new but in good condition. Clean, looks good. Dinner at the hotel not recommended.

Modern Hotel, station area, clean and comfortable. The room for three people was nice and wide, double bed maxi and comfortable, the bathroom ample. We also enjoyed the dishes in the restaurant: not cheap, but meat and seafood seemed to me to be of a good quality. Breakfast buffet, croissant of various types and cakes baked directly from them.

Good Location (close to the highway is convenient from the station), the hotel looks very good. The lobby is modern, the staff courteous, the rooms nice, clean and quiet. The bed is quite comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay, our room was clean and had good facilities. The breakfast was good but above all, the staff were great, very helpful and kind.

My second time staying here and I would definitely make this my home hotel whenever I am in Livorno!

Rooms are relatively small. Breakfast is repetitive. Area is on the outskirts and not convenient for visiting tourist areas without a car or taxi. Bathroom is pretty and towels are large and fluffy.

Excellent location, easily reachable from the highway but not far from the City Centre (to get to anyway don't walk). Great setting and rooms from 4 stars. Restaurant open daily.

The hotel is OK, but: 1. Breakfast — awful (roles very hard, no eggs, very very basic; it is NOT a four star standard) 2. Location — noisy (trains! ) and far away from the sea side Sorry, but we won´t stay there ever again.
