Villa Scorzi - Relais de Charme

We've had a very pleasant stay there. The Villa is gorgeous and full of history. The lady in the breakfast room was particularly nice. We will definitely stay there again if we come back to Pisa.

We got married at Villa Scorzi in July 2025 and have no regrets having booked it as our venue, it was absolutely perfect the whole weekend and spacious enough to accommodate our whole bridal party who loved every minute of it! A day we will never forget our whole lives, thank you to the team who made it all possible.

This was our favourite accommodation on our tour of Tuscany, by far. The friendly and helpful staff, facilities, and food were all top quality and we would absolutely love the opportunity to come back. Thank you 🙏🏽

Our stay at this beautiful property was truly delightful. The room was spacious and full of character, offering stunning views that made waking up to birdsong each morning feel like a dream. The surrounding gardens are immaculately maintained, creating a peaceful oasis, and the pool area was a wonderful spot to unwind. We also appreciated the generous breakfasts, served in a choice of charming indoor spaces, which added variety and enjoyment to our mornings.
There is much to love about this place, and with a few thoughtful improvements, it could become truly exceptional. While we respect the historic nature of the building, the bathroom would benefit from some modern updates particularly the water system, as waiting 15 minutes for warm water each time was a bit frustrating. Additionally, although we stayed for nine nights, we experienced very limited interaction with the staff. A little warmth or effort to connect with guests would have elevated our experience, especially given the premium price point, which is on par with a five-star hotel.
Small touches such as complimentary bottled water in the room and a coffee machine would also go a long way in enhancing comfort and making guests feel valued.
In spite of these points, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here and see great potential for this already beautiful property to become truly exceptional with just a few refinements.

No bar or lounge facilities. Poor quality and very limited snacks available by the pool only available from 12.30pm to 2.30pm. Breakfast selection average. The mattress in our bedroom was so bouncy you felt every move from yr partner. We requested to change rooms or have a camping bed made up in our room, we were offered a change of room but the only room available was another double, although the hotel seemed empty! No camping bed was available either so me and my husband endured another restless sleepless night. Avoid choosing rooms with bedrooms above as the ceilings are tiled and you will be woken by footsteps above. Lovely building and beautiful gardens are the only positive.

The staff was incredibly warm and attentive, ensuring every detail of our stay was perfect. Our room was a haven of comfort, combining modern amenities with classic charm. Each morning, we enjoyed a delightful breakfast in the courtyard, surrounded by the serene beauty of the villa’s grounds.
One of the highlights was simply strolling through the gardens, soaking in the tranquility and stunning scenery. The location was also ideal, allowing us to explore nearby Pisa and Lucca with ease.
Villa Scorzi is truly a hidden gem a place where history, luxury, and nature come together in perfect harmony. We cannot wait to return!

What an amazing place to stay. Fabulous garden and pool area. Comfortable and really nice rooms. And a first class breakfast with selfmade pastries, cakes and little sandwiches. 20min car ride to Pisa or Lucca for nearby excursions.

If you are looking for a special place, here you go! Lovely and historic hotel with a beautiful garden en very friendly staff! Definitely coming back!

Fantastic stay here for 5 nights.
Found the accommodation easy to find. Whatsasp was sent a few hours before check in at 3pm. Recommended to have dinner at restuarnt La locanda villamorosa (1.5km in next town) which we did. Fantastic!
Our room had terrace with hot tub and inlaws stated in another of the suites. Beautifully presented and lovely and cool with plenty windows/shutters and air con. Two bathrooms and lovely sitting area inside as well as a really comfy bed. Pool was easily accessed. Lovely towels provided for the pool. Must cover up to and from room. Breakfast each morning was a delight. Please thank both ladies who served perfect cappuccinos to us (and English breakfast tea! ) Felt we were very lucky to have our own room each morning! Felt very luxurious. Very polite and attentive to us and all other guests. Option for lunch was reasonably priced. Must order at breakfast. Surrounding area and town of Calci had enough facilities to give a good choice of shopping, dinner, carry out food, pizza and ice cream. Worth hiring a car to explore local areas. We visited Lucca, Siena, Pisa.
Will definitely try to return again. Thanks for a lovely stay.

I am writing this according to Evrim’s comment as her husband. As you already stated we arrived there at 18:45 which is between the check-in hours (15-19). Also I called you earlier during the day asking is it possible to arrive a bit later than that and you answered as”i can’t ask for someone for you to wait for your late arrival”. For the heat I requested kindly to increase a little bit and the next day I told you that heat was not enough and you told me that “i cannot keep the heat high just for you all night” which was not proffessional at all.
I highly recommend you to have some respect to the guests. Instead of listening to our exaggerated sounds you should have listened to your own construction sounds which started early in the morning.

Beautiful villa on the outskirts of Pisa. Quiet, family run and small — just perfect. The room was beautifully decorated in line with Italian decor so it really felt like we were away. Beautiful gardens and landscape even in the winter. Thanks to all the staff who were super friendly and accommodating. Felt like we were visiting family.

After a 2 weeks Tuscany trip we spend 2 days at this exceptional place. We were thrilled by the beauty of the villa as well as of the extremely beautiful garden 🪴 and the attentive service! Located just between Pisa and Lucca and as such an ideal starting point for visiting both cities and surrounding area. Definitely a place to return and highly recommend! 👍👍
