Had a great experience here! The resort is family owned and they are warm and welcoming people.
The staff is friendly and accommodating. It was easy to communicate since most of the staff speak English. Would highly recommend!
I'm rating the rooms and the restaurant here:
— The food is good and the prices are relatively normal in the area: The three of us paid 100 EUR for a few dishes, dessert, wine, beer and water. We had nice al dente pasta with mushrooms, gnocchi, shrimps on a salad serving and Tiramisu.
— The rooms are ok, with a few flaws: The water pressure is a bit low and the mosquito window mesh doesn't entirely fit the window frame so I have the feeling that a few of these insects have gotten in.
— The people are very nice though and that is very important to me. I don't want to look at petrified faces when I'm on vacation and these people here can smile AND try to cope with my bad Italian.
The weather wasn't very good but I'm not sure who to blame for that. But certainly not these people.

This is my second year staying at this resort and I definitely want to return!
The staff are kind, helpful and knowledgeable about all the various activities and sites to see in the area. They also shared some history about Tuscany and specifically Capalbio.
The poll and jacuzzi and clean and well maintained with a bar to have a cocktail or snack as well. There are great sports and game areas and a lovely playground too!
The rooms are spotless, the food is lovely and their wine and olive oil is delicious.
I want to put in an extra thanks to the dining staff and the cleaning staff. They have been more than accommodating during our visit!
