Good place. Expensive food.

Hotel under renovation, le. New rooms are really nice and well-arranged. To those who happen to the room with the carpet, unfortunately makes a small jump into the past! The place is convenient and easy to get to, it remains a bit out of the way, but the prices are among Arezzo's best. The staff are very friendly, always with a smile, very helpful, friendly and very nice. Breakfast is plentiful and good. The only sin the dinner … Really bad buffet… Poor quality Dishes, but you can make it perfectly without.

Bell'Hotel at the exit of Arezzo… A stone's throw from a Los cost service station. Hospitable and friendly environment, great food and drinks… Service always impeccable. SPA of modest size, but clean and functional.

In the industrial zone immediately outside Arezzo. Great hotel for an intermediate stop to a long trip. The room was very clean Breakfast with good choice, lacks perhaps a bit of choice of hot salty dishes.

Rooms are really big with beautiful bathrooms. Complimentary breakfast was not that good. Also the hotel is situated on the high way… So nothing much to explore at nights.

A very basic hotel which looks like it was built very very long ago and has missed getting an upgrade. The rooms still have keys to open doorrs and AC that does not work and bathroom doors which will not close. The restaurant is good and food offered is nice.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Partially renovated from the third floor up. Nice and spacious rooms, pity the windows a bit small.

Old carpet, bathroom pure bar fridge broken and missing, view from the window on an iron shed and nothing more, draughty window that looked like air conditioning… all right…
We come to the merits… Friendly staff, clean breakfast room, plenty of sweet and savoury breakfasts… convenient location x visit the centre…

If you want to enoy your time in Italy stay away from this hotel. The room are not secure, they take your money and passport from the room and you never get it back. The service and food is bad, no hygiene no service and severed b/fast in conference room. The room are noisy and dirty. This not hotel stay in Hostel is better. That is why, the hotel give discount for room and food.

It is the second time that I come to this hotel for the occasion of the Fair of reptiles. The hotel is very close to where the fair takes place, the staff is extremely friendly and is ready to indulge the requests. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and they also eat well. Pleasant and comfortable environment easy accesses located 5 minutes from the city center and the exit of the A1 motorway is worth in case of a stay in Arezzo or nearby use it.

I compliment you for the kindness and professionalism of the staff and for the really great breakfast but from a 4 star property I expect something more in regards to the rooms… The bathrooms are cold compared to the rest of the room and the showers with a jet so not even in a 2 star.

I stayed at Etruscan hotel for 3 days. The whole thing was perfect! Clean and comfortable room, exemplary kitchen and helpfulness and kindness of the staff as a few parts. I would highly recommend the hotel for any type of stay and stay.

Hotel located in a strategic area, at the gates of Arezzo. In a few minutes you get to the center. There is a small parking lot in front of the hotel. Inside has been completely renovated. The staff is nice and helpful. The flaw of the rooms is the carpet, which can annoy those who suffer from allergies. Overall a great hotel. The breakfast is international, sweet and salty. Wide choice of homemade cakes. Recommended.

Hotel near the fair of Arezzo. A true 4 star, super competent and friendly staff. Hearty breakfast buffet (you could arrange it better in the layout a bit crowded and confusing). The spacious and complete rooms, only the carpet is a bit shabby, but to be honest I had been advised of the possibility of the discounted room rate with the carpet to redo. All in all excellent location.

Hotel advertises free taxi from the train station but that offer no longer exists. Rooms are small; we had booked four people into a quadruple room but that was untenable.

Pricey for average service and location.

We stayed here the night of 14 and 15 May. Very nice hotel, the rooms are spacious and the staff very friendly and helpful. A very nice young lady at reception who joked with us and said if we needed anything, recommendations or otherwise for our stay, do not hesitate to ask. Nice room, large, white, many mirrors, we had booked a single room but we got a standard room given the availability, as a little gift from them without any plus. Not to mention the breakfast, between sweet and salty my eyes have lost, let alone my stomach. Everything really is fine. Thank you. ☺

Comfortable and nice hotel, 90 years style décor but overall still functional. The weak point, lightweight, are the bathrooms in the rooms, equipped with hairdryer old model and with a few gadgets such as SOAP etc.

Hotel impeccable. Modern, elegant and easy to reach from the motorway. Great accommodation for doctors who use the services offered by nicholas foundation of arezzo, all adjacent to the hotel.

Clean and well located hotel we used as base in Toscana to drive to other towns. Tricky to get out cause is an industrial neighborhood. Follow your gps. Hotel surroundings may fool you as it is in the gas station premisses, but once you go in, the atmosphere and service of the staff takes over. Beautiful, clean and big room and bathroom feels like home. Great breakfast buffet. Great and helpful staff. Free Wi-Fi in room. Perfect location for driving around Tuscany. Definitely would go back.

Room smells like cigarette and in room 101 there's No Hot water.

Can I define my experience there quite well. Excellent value for money, clean rooms, friendly staff, abundant and varied breakfasts. I recommend it.
