Excellent location for a holiday in Arezzo in the heart of the historic center Cozy and comfortable in the heart of the city in the historic center all services at hand. Quiet, you sleep very well, not comfortable for disabled people, clean environment.

Very nice structure and in an excellent location, small but well furnished and functional. The staff is very courteous and helpful. The things to improve are the temperature of the room, the pressure and temperature of the water which does not allow you to take a shower and a little more attention would be needed for the general cleanliness of the room.

A slightly old apartment, but the most serious thing was the cold suffered despite the air conditioning. The water pressure in the bathroom was very low, making it extremely difficult to wash. The bed is stuck in a niche with no space on the sides. The Wi-Fi showed no signs of life. The only positive note is the location, but otherwise, a terrible experience.
