I could not recommend better top hotel.

The location is convenient even if not facing the sea. The welcome was friendly and precise. The Suite we stayed in was clean, spacious and equipped with every comfort. Finding The Ortigia Prodomtti in the bathroom was a touch of class.
The great dinner, eaten poolside, was the icing on the cake.
Really recommended.

Lovely hotel located in a great location, where you really can rest and energize. If you want to train don't miss the chance of the outdoor fitness circuit. Great aperitvo and restautant too.

I just spent 2 nights with my wife and our 7 yo twins in a Suite in this hotel, it was just wonderful: the Suite is just perfect for a family (top clean, calm, comfortable, 2 floors…), the breakfast is very good and complete and the staff is very nice, at reception, at the bar and at restaurant. They do everything to make you feel home and they succeed perfectly! We could spend some good time at the bar before diner and both diners we had were excellent, for a very accessible price. Last but not least, the bar and the restaurant are very beautiful museum dedicated to the best keeper ever and to a wonderful human being, Gigi Buffon. To conclude, I will just say that I can't wait to come back again in summer to enjoy the pool and the beautiful garden!

Based on all the reviews posted publicly, it’s mostky likely that the bad reviews been removed. The pool is good, but pretty small. Restaurant is good, and service is great. The room: — Wi-Fi did not work. — the shower was leaking outside, so you have to use at least 2-3 towels after taking a shower. Talked to the personnel regarding this ussue, and they said that “every room is like that, can’t do anything. ” — if you loose the room key, they ask you to pay 10 euros. — they may apologize but they won’t fix the issue. — no discounts.

Great hotel, super service. Very nice people at the reception, bar and restaurant. We stayed in the suite with our family (2 adults and 2 children). Very clean room, a lot of space. Just the Wi-Fi wasn't very good in the room (in bar it was ok).
Nice swimmingpool. The garden is in perfect condition. Good job did the gardener every day.
A lot of footballshirts of Buffon. Our daughter is a great fan so she was very happy (she even get a present from the hotelmanager). Great surprise.
We visited Lucca, Pisa, Pietrasanta, Tellaro, Fiascherino. A lot of opportunities to visit.
Also we stayed a day at Romina bagno (owner sister of Buffon).
And don't forget: the free bicycles we could use. That was very nice, we used them frequently.
In short terms: we enjoyed it a lot and had a wonderful time. Thx to the whole staff and managers.

Great place. Very friendly staff. We are a family of four (kids are 7 and 9) from Denmark and we all had a wonderful time. We stayed for six nights before driving to Pisa. I would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to the coast of Tuscany.

The hotel was overbooked, and it looks like it's not the first time that they do overbookings!
we reserved and paid for 2 rooms for our hole family and when we arrived to the hotel at 23h the receptionist that only spoke italian told us that the hotel was fully booked and only 1 of the 2 rooms booked was available, so 2 of us had to go to another hotel. We were waiting for a solution at the reception until 1h30 in the morning with a baby on 8 months and finally 3 of us stayed at the hotel and 2 were to another hotel 5 km away so we couldn't spend our holidays with our family together and we were very vey disappointed!
Nobody at the hotel apologiced for the situation!
We couldn't comunicate properly because he only understood italian and he even told us that we were supposed to speak italian because we were in Italy, unbelievable! So, if you don't speak italian better not come to this hotel!
In addition to that, we couldn't sleep because we arrived to the room at 2 am and at 8h30 they were cutting the grass of the garden!
The borders of the bedside tables were broken and it is very dangerous for the children.
I travel very often around the world and I can said that it was the worse experience that I ever had.
I don't recommend this hotel at all!

The place is very nice and clean, there are bicycles for free use for customers with child seats, very professional and helpful staff, I highly recommend.

My husband and I were guests for four days in the Easter period.
Very friendly staff, great breakfast, also for the Easter lunch, with guests, the restaurant has proved to the height.
Rooms clean and tastefully decorated.

Hotel moderno ben curato e con un servizio professionale ma molto molto cordiale. All'esterno c'è un grande parco con piscina, palestra all'aperto e una grande tranquillità. Ideale per le ferie in zona Versilia, anche per famiglie, immersi nel verde a pochi passi dal mare.

A really nice Hotel and its 4 stars if the deserves. Rooms always clean and tidy. It happened to me to go to dinner and see that on my return the bathroom had been cleared up. Nice pool if you do not want to go to sea. Surely you can't swim but you can relax enjoying the Sun. Bella can either have breakfast by the pool, you can eat. Also noteworthy is the courtesy of the staff and the quietness of the place.
In the area there are many beaches, restaurants even a public beach.
