Had a great week at the villa shanti with my family. Many options (yoga, swimming, hiking, biking…) + incredibly lovely hosts. We'll be back next summer.
Had an amazing time in Elba at the Villa Shanti! Christel and Alberto are wonderful hosts and even invited me for some wonderful italian dinner while I stayed there. This was my first time in Elba and I especially enjoyed staying at the Villa Shanti because of the wonderful view up in the hills (see photos). I’d definitely go back there!

Amazing place. Really friendly owners, and the location is like a dream. Will go back as soon as I can. You can even drink Napoleons water =) I visited the place with a few friends, and we spent the time enjoying the peaceful but joyful Elba life. We were driving boat, eating out at local resturants, sightseeing on the old castles and beautiful nature and having fun in the evenings. Elba is really a hidden and unexplored pearl!
