The thing I immediately noticed is that there are no distinctions between Italians and foreigners. And I assure you that this is not the case everywhere. Nothing to complain about. The beauty center is also excellent. Super recommended for your holidays. ❤

Was just another fantastic ski holiday in the 18th year now already… Hotel, staff, food just top again.

Extraordinary Hotel located in a village quiet and typical. The kitchen is sophisticated and stylish with a touch of italianità interesting but well linked to the local traditions. The rooms are spacious and spotless, also with Jacuzzi in the bedroom! SPA is extremely interesting and you find yourself in a silence almost surreal. The exquisite hospitality of Sonja and Oskar, together with all the staff, makes an unforgettable holiday, also with a curious wine cellar well-stocked wines. That is to say: go and enjoy!

The first choice for us in South Tyrol for many years. Modern yet quaint, perfectly connected. Service is capitalized. Food top — no matter if menu or Buffett — there is no wish left open. Service, rooms, the host people — for us top. We like to come back.

A great hotel where everything really fits. Very good kitchen with alternating theme nights and great breakfast buffet. Very friendly and competent staff. Owners who live the term hosts. The rooms, whether room, spa or restaurant or bar area are in a top condition and clean. We will certainly still öffters there on vacation.

Perfect Hotel for families but also very convenient for couples. The restaurant and the kitchen have nothing to say, the facilities are really perfect and, above all, the SPA is ideal to relax after a day of skiing.

The hotel edelweiss is a charming place and a truly pleasant one. The rooms are of interesting sizes, modern decor. The cleanliness is appreciable. The wellness area is very well organised but what really makes the difference is the food always refined and delicious. Thanks.

Loverly, rather small Hotel. The owner family (Sonja, Oskar & Kids) are superb hosts. The Hotel has a lovely mix between modern and South Tyrollean style. Very clean and you will note right away that they have a great attention to details. The kitchen however is just spectacular. An awesome retreat in Val Pusteria. Absolutely recommended.

The Hotel Edelweiss is a great family-owned company. We have very friendly and attentive staff experienced. First of all, of course, the "boss's" Sonia and Oskar. The food was outstanding and it was for all the right menu. We would come back any time and can find the Hotel 100% recommend.

Friendly and helpful hosts, the entire team from the kitchen and service included The owner family is excellent. The rooms are superbly equipped and absolutely maintained and clean. Also the staff differs significantly from the usual standard. The breakfast and the presentation entice you to leisurely dining. The dinner leaves nothing to be desired, the quality is excellent. We were there already several times and will be going again in 2015.

I was a few days ago at the Hotel Edelweiss by accident, because I was in Singapore for an excursion.
I must say that we ate in the restaurant and really enjoyed our stay.
Food very good, very good service and ok price.
We go back definitely, we recommend it. Really good.
