A house that doesn't miss anything. Here you feel like a king or a queen. The equipment is prepared with a lot of love and a lot of attention and the best thing about everything is an impeccable condition and absolute cleanliness. Here you absolutely can't guess the age of the house. Super service, even on trifle, is a value. Here, the staff seems to know exactly what they are doing. Top value for money. Very nice, clean 4 star spa hotel. Elegant, cosy rooms and suites with a tiled stove. The restaurant, bar, bistro and Terrace invite you to linger. Fine spa and a rich breakfast. Friendly and accommodating, flexible and helpful already at check-in. And Mr. Kofler knows many stories about the winemakers of the Eisack Valley.

In the splendid setting of Closed, is this magnificent hotel. Convenient for the location, two steps from the centre, the bus stop right behind the hotel. Breakfast plentiful and delicious with many varieties of sweet and savory. Cozy wellness center with a beautiful relaxation area. Rooms as clean as the rest of the hotel. We stayed to go to Christmas markets and is a stunning hotel to see it on the internet already gave you the idea to be nice but live is even better. We were nice suite and it was perfect enorne. I wouldn't most gone. The owner a nice person and available. We will definitely be back.

Our favorite hotel in closed. If we do not want to spend too much going in nearby Bressanone, we take refuge here. We discovered a few years ago but it feels like home when we come to stay.
The first impression is just great. The hotel is brand new and spotless. Marble, mirrors, chandeliers, walls, fixtures, etc. Are all of considerable technological and aesthetic.
The front desk staff has always been very friendly and generous with advice and help. This year (2013) is the third time we come and it is the third time for the same price we were allocated a room above the one booked.
The rooms are great.
Very spacious (at least that level Exclusive) and with a sitting area with sofa. New furniture and very sturdy, well made and appearance. The rooms give an impression of remarkable consistency in terms of décor.
The technological facilities are excellent: very large safes, fridge, electrical outlets, electrical plastic shutters enhance a darkening at will, LCD television with integrated digital decoder and rotating media, very large shower with sauna, radio and other built-in features.
The Exclusive level also includes the bathtub.
