Congratulations.

Following the suggestion of a friend we were lucky enough to discover this fantastic restaurant. Young service, dynamic and attentive to put customers at ease, in a refurbished stube reminiscent of sketches in London. We opted for a wine-matched menu, and the sommelier expertly guided us from an unobtainable undosed of woodland ca 2003.

If you go from Bressanone, don't miss it.

Far and away the most elegant hotel in Brixen. Known, loved and frequented by the same families for generations. Hotel owners and staff are always very gracious, extremely professional and courteous, going out of their way to accommodate your needs. Capped by a 5 Star dining experience. This makes your Tyrolean visit complete!

Wow. Very exclusive hotel and restaurant with delitious food. Portions are small but they are also small art. I strongly recommend Hotel Elephant, very beautiful place.

Absolutely wonderful. Feels as though you were the guest of royalty hundreds of years ago. The furniture and artwork alone is worth a visit. The service is excellent, as is the food. If you prefer tasteful elegance and culture, you mustn't miss this experience.

Fantastic restaurant! I had as a starter the raw deer carpaccio and the Tartar as the main course. Both were excellent. The service also convinces with professionalism and dynamism. The restaurant manages to combine the comfort of a cosy family restaurant with a fine dining experience. Absolutely recommended.

Upscale historic hotel. Nice rooms, great food. If you can afford to stay it is worth the price.

Good solution for Christmas markets we stayed here in half board the weekend de 14-15 December at the Christmas markets in Bolzano and Merano, great location!
In fact we did not sleep at Elefant Hotel even though we booked them, but at a ' branch ' hotel Tyrol that is about 3-400 meters walk, say it at the time of booking maybe! … however for the catering services (breakfast and dinner) you had to move from one structure to the other thing that I am not sorry at all for dinner, a little more for breakfast.
You have dinner well, remember that the kitchen closes at 21, so watch out not to delay:-P The place is well kept and the rooms clean, in the room there is free Wi-Fi.
Altogether I recommend it.

Everything in the 5 star range. Food, service, atmosphere… and everything else there is.

Beautiful location in the center of Bressanone, convenient for a walk in the pedestrian area and cozy for both the parking and the excellent restaurant. Preferable to book!

Elegance has so many stars and deserves the admiration of the actors who revolve around the level structure.

I spent 3 nights at this hotel in Brixen, and I came home with an excellent memory.

I have been going to this hotel for 25 years and can’t tell you how much I love walking into it each time. This is not what you expect from your normal four or five star hotel; it’s unique in it’s vey own charming way and is a great authentic experience. When was the last time you stayed in a place that is more than 200 years old. Actually, I think it is more than 300 years old! One of the best restaurants in Brixen where the owner of the hotel is the maitre d’. A really nice dining experience. Make sure you drink the local South Tirol wines with dinner!

I can't say enough about this wonderful hotel with extraordinary service to it's guests. Exquisite family owned and run Grand Hotel. I just left this morning and I already miss the wonderful staff. I me been in Italy 5 times and never experienced such a wonderful stay and such wonderful care.

Lots of charm, excellent service — and an unbeatable advantage in the middle of Brixen: a huge almost park-like garden with a small pool and sunbeds of plenty of.
