Unfortunately the hotel is completely disorganized and the staff unqualified. During the 10 days we stayed there we unfortunately got to have every day a problem starting from the unprepared table, losing clothes sent to wash, the rooms not clean, up to errors on the final bill.

The hotel has super large rooms with balconies and clean well.
The food is very good, the only flaw and the room staff who in my opinion is not professional, disorganized and careless if the owner intervenes (when there is) manages to fix the situation.
the area where it is located is very quiet.

Hotel Auren is located in the heart of the village centre. Rooms are typically decorated in wood. From the balcony we had a magnificent view.

Rewarding for our large group over and over again. Well equipped, food delicious, lounges super practical.

The rooms are spacious and the hotel has everything we need in our week. We stayed in the Hotel auras in March. Only recommended for ski bunnies.

The location of the hotel Auras is top. The ski resorts Klausberg & Speikboden can be reached only a few minutes by Skibus. We drive with our ski enthusiast friends predominantly in Klausberg, but also always at least 1 day after Speikboden!

For our ski trip The hotel was really great. Absolute plus point: the common rooms!

I was for a week to 2 at the "3 star hotel" auras. When I first arrived, it looked very chic, nicely decorated and there is a supermarket nearby which is not very expensive. Then we got our room key from the very launerischen staff and then entered our room. Since I am allergic, I noticed one thing right away — it was very dusty, so dusty and dirty that I was breathing hard. Therefore, we went to the staff to complain to us. Apparently they were very sensitive to complaints. They gestaubsaugt and aired our room, but it didn't help much either. The staff went away again. An insolence — First, do not check the rooms for possible hygiene deficiencies and if complaints come, they behaved as if this were an insult. The toilets were also very small and out of the shower only cold water came out, perfect conditions to take after skiing, a pleasant, relaxing shower — not! The beds were also not 3 stars. The approx. 1, 80m long bed made me sleep very difficult. When I was finished with the uncomfortable sleep, then it went down to breakfast. Of 3 stars was nothing to see. Dry buns, probably from yesterday or even the day before yesterday, a meager selection of cold cuts (cheese, salami, jam, butter) and a café where you can do without. After breakfast we went to the ski slope which was very good. Unfortunately, every day has an end, we went back to the "hotel" to have dinner and then to sleep in the small beds. Comparable to the breakfast was the dinner.

Have been staying in this hotel for several years and can only recommend it.
-Rooms are generously cut.
-Food is plentiful.
-Location of the hotel is perfect (ideal for visitors of the ski resorts Speikboden and Klausberg) — free Wi-Fi with super quality-staff always eager and committed I always like to come back!

The food was underground. How can you beat raw vegetables? The rooms were extremely small but that's not the problem: a bed was a motherfucking table that had a bed right in front of the balcony entrance so you couldn't reach it.

Excellent hotel with spacious clean rooms, typically Tyrolean furnishings. Breakfast is plentiful, with lunches and dinners with typical dishes of the area served by friendly and well-prepared staff. Fair price X Service rendered.

Good location, delicious food and fast Wi-Fi.

The review refers to a class trip with about 60 students. This hotel is highly recommended.
Free Internet access, good facilities and nice staff. The ski bus runs almost directly in front of the door 6min to the lift. A small supermarket is also nearby (note opening hours).

Nice but I didn't like it to the bottom by putting 5 stars. The food is ok but x the rest is all okay. Let's just Say the service is slow.

Standard hotel, well located in the heart of Aurina Valley, good prices.

Unfriendly staff, terrible food, terrible service. The rooms are OK, but not clean (partial bag of chips in the Cabinet, foreign socks under'm Chair). The photos reflect the reality in any way.

Not to be recommended in the winter! Staff unprofessional and unfriendly, rooms not clean (E. G. Cans still on the rooms, shower empty clogged, …), barely edible food.

Unforgettable holiday for breathtaking landscapes, viewed from our rooms, to the friendliness of all the staff, for the refined dishes and the "Wicked" cakes. Affordable prices, not increased then we return. Thank you! Daniela Mallari.

Mrs. Very hospitable, clean, Ms Rita kindness, friendly staff, great food, great location for quality and price, surely if I will go to those areas I will choose this hotel Auren I was really satisfied.

Don't know how to Cook, upon arrival there was nobody we found the keys on the table with the name.

Great kindness, quality of food, and the staff of the hotel. Great location in relation to the Valley and excursion opportunities. I recommend it for anyone who still loves the human contacts over the holidays, and for those who appreciate simple things, but tasteful. Congratulations again.
