Very cozy, the food is good, I do not recommend it for family with small children, has no play area or recreation, after 17:00 children can be in pool area without making noise, osea not even talking, is a place more suitable for people without a child s or older.

Great location, good gluten-free, very friendly staff, dogs are welcome.

Excellent HTL in a strategic location for excursions. It has a modern Spa and Beauty. Nice rooms. It makes available both bicycles and snowshoes. Great breakfast and dinner. Owner and staff available and very kind to return certainly.

Very friendly place, clean rooms. The bathrooms are to be reviewed are clean but small. I liked the SPA. The staff is super. Never found a hotel with the staff that follows you for every need. The food is great and plentiful at both breakfast and dinner.

At dinner the tap water served in glass jugs costs 2, €50 not included in the price; Bottles 3, €50; Worse than the Neapolitans that even if they steal are nice. The manager is extremely unpleasant and very very poorly compliant… it almost seems that staying in his hotel is a favor that you do.
It is to say that the property is nice and the food very good.

All around recommended at reasonable prices. Of course, the rooms could be a bit more modern and the bathroom slightly larger. But who needs his room in the ski holiday? And who needs a large bathroom in the face of a wellness area? So you could take a half-star here, which the hotel recoups at dinner. Parking in front of the house, Garage under the house (Tip: Pre-order! ), friendly staff, elevator, pool, infrared cabin, … What more could you want? Only Open Request: W-lan in all rooms, not only in the EC.

Overall I judge it pretty good. Good breakfast The spa is a bit small. The room I choose is small and the bathroom as well. I recommend to choose larger rooms. Very clean. Good staff is the owner is an affable person is great worker. I highly recommend.

Staying at the Alphotel Stocker means being able to indulge in serenity and tranquillity. The kindness and helpfulness of the staff is amazing as well as the gluten free kitchen dedicated to me. The breakfast, the buffet of the appetizers and the sweets of the dinner are very rich and of quality. Our room was very spacious and clean, the spa cozy. The charming town of Campo Tures, as well as the ski slopes and the nearby landscapes.
If I want to find some fault, a little ' expensive the half litre of wine Gewürztraminer bulk to 17 euros, the taste of some salami a little ' far from my tastes from Emilian and the Wi-Fi only working in the lobby.
My holiday is over but I'm already thinking about when I can return.

Having the train at 6.30 in the morning, the day before we asked the front desk to book us a taxi. We were told it would arrive at 6am at the hotel. We went down at 5:45 and waited until 6:20. Never came. At the reception there was no one because it is only open from 8am to 8pm, so we couldn't even ask to call up the taxi or get us to accompany someone. Afterwards, having missed the train (and two other later trains), we had to redo the tickets from €110 per person.

Nice hotel, the other wing more recent and prettier, this time I slept probably in the older part of the structure that is still clean and tidy, nice and adequate size of the pool and the spa with herbal teas always available and friendly staff, Stocked breakfast in the morning… all just a short distance from the center of Campo Tures.

Modern furnished rooms, and well decorated hotel in general. Unfortunately only one electricity socket available in the room and one in the bathroom. I had to disconnect the plug of the television set in order to have one more available. (Two people with two mobile phones, an Ipad, notebook, and cameras, would need at least 3 sockets in a room). Good cleaning service, Horrible temperature mix of the shower water: changes temperature from hot to cold and viceversa suddenly. Good cooking, excellent and quick table service, they charge anyway tap water 2, 5 Euros, and mineral bottled water 3, 5 Euros. Very nice Spa and relax area: in this case they offer in the Sauna steam-bath area, a couple of sweetened drinks for free. Several kind of cakes are offered (for free), around 4 PM. As traditional habit in the alpine area. Wifi is free of charge, but works properly only in the lobby. In my room at the first floor, just a poor signal was available. All in all, the hotel is recommendable, even though a few issues have to be fixed!

I stayed for a winter holiday.
Hotel not far from the ski resort of spiekboden and just a few km from klausberg qielli. Neat and very clean. Very large room (for 3 people … We were a couple) with small bathroom. Very good food, great breakfast. Very equipped wellness area. For our overnight stay 4 days they offered bathrobe and paziale massage. Courtesy and availability there are from the staff. I recommend it, because in that area prices are well below the areas that are part of the sellaronda.

Since 2004, every year at least 1 x alone already because of the good food and family environment.

I went with my soul mate for 4 nights. The view is wonderful, it's like one of those soap operas in Germany … hehe.
People have the typical German character and also the "dialect"; It means to ask for something style kettle … you put a lot of time to explain what it is. The waiters are friendly to guests and are always attentive.
I liked it, but after 3 days it was already time to return.
