It is our first stay but we were pleasantly surprised by the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. We relaxed and fully enjoyed the spa, really nice and with several relaxation areas. Definitely.

Wonderful hotel, definitely superior to the 3 stars assigned. Attention to every detail, very courteous and attentive staff, spectacular location. Great food, lots of activities for kids that leave time for parents to enjoy the adult spa.

Friendly staff, wonderful rooms and well-being area equipped and complete… kit for the spa complete with rubber flip-flops! Spectacular cuisine and open-mouthed wine list! I did a bit of the box breaker and they satisfied me in everything! As soon as possible I'm back!

When you came home after a week, it flew away too fast. What about it! We had a great time, the staff excellent, the divine structure, arranged very well, taste the familiarity and you feel constantly pampered. Gourmet cuisine from a multi-star restaurant, fresh raw materials, unique flavors!

If you love good food, relaxation and beauty can't do not stay at this hotel.
We spent 4 days in January 2011 and while not skiers there are about nothing bored.
Big rooms. SPA well stocked and well organized. Competent staff and maximum availability.
For me it's a must!

Wonderful in every respect.

Professionalism is not a feature that everybody has one. Here you find it. The spa is very nice and I recommend it. It is a place a little isolated but worth getting there for at least 2 or 3 days. I hope to return in the winter.

Every time is a bit like stepping into a little slice of heaven. All professional and welcoming staff are never misses an opportunity to make you feel "at home". Great food, health club looked after, but what stands out is the human side of all full of delicacy, elegance and sensitivity. Congratulations to all of you. See you soon.
