The staff is spectacular, the rooms are large modern and CLEAN the kitchen a delight… What more could you want from a hotel, from a holiday… Trekking, relaxation and entertainment for children. Everything about the hotel is a strong point starting with the very kind owner and daughter Mariarosa, always welcoming kind and helpful.
The bar staff is thoughtful and kind, even witty when needed.
The cook and the pastry chef are mythical, they cook as a god and… the presentation of the dishes is wonderful! In addition to the lovely flavors, the eye also wants its part.
The rooms are gorgeous and spacious. The waitresses leave them perfectly tidy and clean. The change of towels is almost daily, it depends on the customer what he wants to change. What else to say? I highly recommend the Hotel Monte Giner to everyone!

The property is modern and provided with many comforts. Its central location in the Sun Valley makes it easy to reach many points of interest in the area. Among the services offered are the daily excursions, especially suitable for those with little experience with a mountain holiday.

We stayed at the marisol residence, adjacent to the hotel with the 3/4 guesthouse. Although not very modern… it was comfortable with beautiful liveable spaces, two beautiful terraces and, important for us, the possibility to bring the dog with us. Great breakfast and dinner. Great pool and spa. Kindness and courtesy of the staff.

I was a guest of the hotel for a week. The staff is friendly and helpful and attentive to small requests. The room, despite being close to a small creek and the hotel gives on the street, is well soundproofed, both by the noises coming from outside, and from those of the adjoining rooms. Spacious and comfortable.
The relaxation area, with pool and hot tub to try definitely.
The food being a 4-star hotel could improve, but still the quality is good.
Bread and some dishes should be reviewed.
Children's entertainment is run by one person, but capable.
The excursions were very nice and accessible a bit to all those who want to immerse themselves in nature.
The only downside was to find entire coaches of people of age and few families.
I recommend it.

All great! Five stars undeserved. Newly renovated perfectly combines the modern with the Trentino tradition. Hospitality and hospitality are qualities that certainly do not lack to the management. Also recommended for great cuisine!

The hotel has a great location to get to the slopes! The 3/4 pension offers a mega snack that satisfies you fully. Staff in the restaurant room really friendly, a little less than the reception. The spa kept well but the hotel does not offer bathrobes, does not warn you of that and makes you pay them apart. The room for 4 with a great double bed and a stone sofa bed, huge shower. Positive experience!

We were on vacation last week. All good starting from breakfast until dinner. The pool is as nice as the spa. Our little girl had a great time. Friendly and helpful at the front desk and the owners.

We went to this hotel a weekend together with a large group of friends between Modena and Ferrara; We basically invaded the structure.
The hotel is very nice and cared for, with large common rooms on the ground floor.
Excellent ski room with heated irons.
The rooms are very well arranged and organized: The bathroom clean, new and the quality of sleep excellent (bed very comfortable) free Wi-Fi with excellent signal; TV with good reception.
The spa, practically new to "Pat", consists of a nice pool with counter current, jets of water (maybe a little too much chlorine… but on the other hand).
Very close Sauna; Godevole Mediterranean Sauna; Excellent Turkish bath!
The rest room is large and equipped with many sunbeds.
The meals were plentiful and very well cared for.
In addition to having made a lot of fuss and to have amicably bothered the staff of the room, we literally "swept" with taste everything.
The owner and daughter are really delicious.
You are (unfortunately for them) earned the confidence of a large group of customers… and we will definitely return.

New rooms are very nice. Breakfast and dinner (Italian specials) are very good. And skibus in the front. The Hotel have a good location. The welness is also beautiful only it closed to fast for us, closing time is 19.30 h. I will book this hotel again.

Staff very helpful and friendly. Very nice hotel with a spa and a swimming pool with hot tub next to it. Rich and tasty breakfast. Certainly recommended!

Say that they were all extremely friendly and kind people may seem trivial, but it did. By the owner, Germano, very welcoming and always available, to all its employees, no one, no one excluded. Even the cleaning ladies gave us always a smile and a collaborative attitude and helped in a job the night before setting off again.
It was all highly professional: The familiar tone and courteous, ever inappropriate, all attempts by all to solve all our problems, organizational, health, transport, restaurant, guest room or even outside the hotel while we were skiing or for other reasons. All this made the holiday hugely enjoyable.
Particular merit is certainly given to attivatoci for free Babysitting service in parallel at the kids ' Club. The operator, Federica, and structure have shown maximum flexibility to accommodate our needs we can ski even when children didn't have lesson with master, following us from the slopes for children to enjoy the outdoors and play in the snow and bringing them back to the hotel when they are tired.
Federica he saved half holiday! (unfortunately on the slopes there are other services like babysitting).
The restaurant had a hearty and certainly from 4 stars but perhaps even further!
The Organization (restaurant, bus, wellness centre, reception, rooms, cleanliness, miniclub) was perfect.

Excellent and spacious rooms. Price from 4 stars, but there are some last minute almost always.

The hotel is worth the 4 stars it has. It is all very nice, and the Spa is really extensive and valid (not only pool and sauna but also treatments, massages etc). Great for a romantic weekend!
