Been here a while ago and had a pretty sour experience. The whole town was packed with some carnaval and the only room we could find was here… however the lady at the reception said she only had a very-very small one, which was the one for the house keepers. Ok, it was the only option so no biggy. However, the room was full of flies. Dead flies were inbetween the sheets. Secondly, the breakfast was a bad joke. Thirdly, the lady which said the cleaning lady's room was 60 euros, the next day she wanted to charge 70. It's not about the 10 euros… it was about the bad taste it left for the hotel. Fourthly, it was overally-stupid that there were dogs everywhere and they were very pet friendly, however, at the same thime they had dozen of stuffed animals everywhere…
Hotel Millefiori has recently been completely refurbished and is run by a new Swedish team who were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. We stayed for a long weekend as a group of 8 and had an amazing time skiing the Cervino region. Staff gave us lifts to the base of the lift at Breuil-Cervina in the morning and collected us in the evening, also helping with ski rental and passes. We took advantage of their guiding service which was friendly and informal. The evenings were friendly and relaxed with a jacuzzi to chill out in, a well stocked bar and open log fire. The staff could not have been more helpful to ensure we had an excellent stay. I would definitely recommend and will be back!
