We booked Easter Lunch 2018 for 6 adults and 2 Babini. Keep in mind that I am very critical. The tavern from outside makes a beautiful impression, wooden structure, a few steps from the square of Soraga, in the midst of the green, well-tended, scent of countryside. When you enter the refreshment everything will be nice, cozy, very reserved and above all very characteristic. Clean and fragrant toilets. The staff, husband and wife, kind, patient and helpful. We come to the point… before ordering the house offered us a soup, in cup, meat and potatoes pleasant, then we ordered appetizer for all or chopping of salami and cheese with honey I would say appetizing, meat salada with emulsified ricotta I would say sublime, Cheese melted with yummy cabbage. Bread of the House of many qualities… delicious and delicate. We move on to the first: Pappardelle with delicious ragout, strangles succulent priests, delicious half moons, creamed apple and delicious speck. We move on to the second: kid in the oven with tasty potatoes, cheese melted with sausage and nice mushrooms, then again a dish of which I can not remember the name made with shredded meat and very appetizing roasted potatoes. All wet with a bottle of wine of the House (good) a beer of the Val di Fiemme (good) and some sodas in cans. Finally two ice creams with home-refreshing milk and tasty and digestive schnapps. Price I line with the courses and excellent location. Recommended. I will definitely go back. Good guys, congratulations, do not change, improve and keep the prices like this.
