Large Hotel in very nice location in Moena. Good Service at the table and you eat well.

Located above the town centre, the hotel has all the comforts for a family. Baby Club for small samples, swimming pool, ski School. The rooms are spacious and clean, the restaurant of excellent quality!

The hotel is very nice and well organized, child-sized, especially of the youngest and of parents. Awesome food choice. It's not on the slopes but the shuttle is efficient, and you get a chance to take a walk in the village (very nice). Beware of the fourth bed in bunk bed! Ask for specifics to the reservation because for a small child it is very dangerous.

Nice Hotel and great entertainment, the restaurant is good but not excellent. Advice for those who do not like confusion stays not in high season.

Great experience… fantastic for children of all ages… a little ' confusion with the reception that the phone tell you something and then you find more… For example by phone they said that for lunch they were making pastries and salads and instead we ended up with a menu Fiss or from €18 adults and €10 children… for charity all good… but exaggerated for a lunch…

Structure, services and staff are truly exceptional. Ideal for families “demanding”… a special greeting to all the Tina Club for the dedication and the passion with which you have taken care of our daughters. We will meet again soon!

The hotel is very big and the food very good. Then Massimo (the owner) and his staff do everything to offer a comfortable height. Perhaps the rooms (a bit small) and too much crowded, make them lose some points on the overall rating remains positive.

A week of fantastic holiday, everything perfect by the animation of the Tina Club catering not to mention the cleaning of the environment. Great service too Tina Ski school with the legendary Marzia, careful custodian of the children. We sicoramente the next year.

L'albergo è un 4 stelle sotto tutti I punti di vista. Camere pulite, spaziose ben vivibili per una famiglia. Ristorazione eccellente con piatti degni dei migliori ristoranti rinomati. Animazione per I bambini presente più di 12 ore al giorno per bambini da 0 a 10 anni. Presenti 3 piscine fruibili da adulti e bambini e un centro benessere con tutti I servizi a disposizione degli ospiti. Il costo è elevato ma in rapporto ovviamente ai servizi offerti che sono tanti. Nel complesso posto magnifico, struttura fantastica.

Great hotel for families. Service for children aged 10 and praise. Animation and service exceptional ski instructors. Faults: Moena isn't on the slopes and table service is a little slow.

If you have kids and want to take a skiing holiday in relax must try, only comparison as services are snow white and white pony (pity that cost four times).

Poorly equipped area for children under three years of age, for which there is only a little piece game (still under parental supervision, as the entertainers entertain and supervise only older babies). Awful experience, we fled. We were attracted by family services very well packaged on site after a phone chat with the owners, we were convinced of the goodness of the services offered to children under 3 years (ours has just turned 2).
We were so disappointed to leave the hotel after only two days of stay (about 7 booked).
Children of various ages, from 1 to 12 years, were collected in a single game without any real surveillance, were not counted, there was no verification of those who took the children, the door was opened and closed by anyone without any control of who came and who went out. People responsible for surveillance and the children were very young, not leaders ' reala educators as we had been told by telephone, with very little experience of children, especially of young children. Ours is a girl accustomed to nest, who attends since she was 8 months and social contexts, easily adaptable (we were guests of other hotels services nursery) and after 1 hour of entrusting the care of so-called entertainers, we found her in tears, inconsolable, because a bigger child had hurt. Obviously the animators did not know what had happened, because nobody really watched over the children, the facts we learned from the story of the little girl and most of all, they were not able to comfort her, something that any mother, without any professional qualification in the field of child welfare, would have been able to do with ease.

Spent four perfect days. Hotel situated in the Centre of the village, with a beautiful view. Convenient parking structure, brand new and welcoming with several seats, indoor pool, sauna, massages, activities and games for children, and much more. Ideal for families with children. I would highly recommend.
