Personally as a historical lover of Val Gardena, I found the hotel excellent and functional, a new formula very close to my possibilities and my ideas of respect for the environment and services. I'll be back again and even more!

The hotel is structurally nice, slightly outside the village but passes the ski bus right there in front. But I have to say in life I hope to never stay at this hotel again: The concept is that you also pay for the air you breathe. But let's start by degrees: I get in touch with the structure directly that offers me to pay 20 euros less per room if I do not book by booking… certainly willingly! Pity that then this wonderful discount, the moment we went to pay it turned out to be equivalent to not even 5 euros. Why deceive the customer? Mah. And especially people denied that it happened. Also imagine the German flexibility. I would point out that we were in 16, a minimum of regard eye would have been pleasing. Second point: Breakfast. 11 Euros per person… and an embarrassing quality. For 11 euros I expect someone at least I need a coffee: No there is the vending machine. Also the sweets, however abundant, of very low quality. We are in Trentino, possible there is no fresh yogurt (Ribadisco, breakfast was 11 euros)? No, the yogurt in the jars. We asked for the courtesy to make the ski passes in advance, so, being 16, we will have saved some time… of course not, and we lost another half hour, if not more. I could continure and dwell but the substance is: we paid a considerable amount taking into account that it did not include breakfast or changing towels… go to another hotel in the center, for similar figures offer quality of a different level and pure half board.

The cleanliness of the room is not included in the price and costs 9 euro. Breakfast if not included costs 11 euros. The bathroom soap If you take it away they sell you charged 12 euros. Not enough towels for 2 people just one for the bidet. For the Wi-Fi in the room the third person who connects pays 3 euros. If you arrive before check in time you will pay the same for check out 20 euros. In practice You also paid the air you breathed.

If you book early you can stay here for sure at a reasonable price. Rooms are large and clean. Breakfast very plentiful as well as the all you can eat buffet in the Evening.
Including. Is the South Tyrol card with which you can drive all over South Tyrol bus public Transport.

Great location and above all a really appreciable service. Staff always courteous and helpful. Well-appointed rooms, clean and very comfortable! I would just suggest changing the lights in the bathroom (a little uncomfortable for those who want to wear makeup! ) … but it's just a little tip for a hotel that I would call great! I hope to be back soon!

Exceptionally well run Ski hotel. All u can eat breakfast 11 Euros.

We booked a room for 3 people, here the 3rd bed was a bit short, but otherwise it was great days. The breakfast and dinner buffet are very good. We are happy to recommend this hotel to anyone.

The Hotel is clean and efficient. Tatjana at the reception is so kind and helpful as usual! Manuel, Francesca and Rebecca at the Blue Restaurant are always very kind and helpful. Skibus just in front of the hotel, very convenient. The "Pay for Service" philosophy is very good to us. Kudos to Mr Prinoth for having set up such good hotel crew!

The rooms are not lavish but functional, for me as a slightly larger contemporaries (186 cm) the beds with 90 cm width were definitely too narrow. The breakfast is good with a very extensive offer, dinner (buffet or "express cooked" appetizers) is OK for the price. The glass partition of the shower is actually somewhat clumsy — instead of having to put it on the floor it hangs in the air — while showering the water runs into the rest of the bathroom and you always need an extra towel so that not everything gets soaked. All the rooms in the hotel are clean and tidy, the architecture is modern and we felt it appealing. The underground parking spaces are not too lavishly sized. As a guest you should be aware that you have chosen a hotel where the staff is only reduced.

Budget and practical hotel, good dining room, somewhat small beds.

Simple rooms, modern bathroom, hearty and well-groomed breakfast buffet, both sweet and salty.
You leave the ski room, you cross the road and you're at the ski bus stop. One passes every 10 minutes (becareful, one descends to the foot of the Saslong, the other stops at the turn and you make the last 30 m on foot and then proceeds to Selva — mistakenly you learn).
Buffet dinner, 2 prices according to schedules, great solution for families.

We have stayed at this property since Dec 28.2017 to January 2, 2018. Everything was perfect, great location, nice and clean rooms, rich buffet for breakfast/dinner, very comfortable underground parking and staff always polite and helpful. We recommend it for those who want to spend a holiday in Val Gardena at an excellent value for money. We will definitely go back… Thanks for everything!

Modern, basic, spacious Rooms. Nice bathroom too. Underground parking and a bus ticket to the centre and the slopes Are available. Very nice staff. There is No minibar in the room but there is a very stocked vending machine in reception. In my opinion, particularly suitable especially for young people.

Tutto bello. La colazione è galattica. Prima di prenotare bisogna sapere dove si va. La formula smart è utile e conveniente però si devono valutare le esigenze. La ragazza al ricevimento è stata super gentile. Bravi.

Good nice and Noreen hotel. However we sutrggle with off peak season as the hotel restaurant don't even open at it stated hours. We have to live on the vending machines for two days and all the surrounding shop houses were not open as well. So need to be batter prepared for the off peak season!

All you can eat buffet after a day of hiking, and clean rooms.

The hotel was very colorful but lacked basic amenities. All I got was small sachet of body wash and shampoo. The hotel also messed up my room type. I had to call the emergency hotline and wait to given the correct room. Wi-Fi was limited to two devices ony! These days of IoT everything is connected. This was a pain. The quality of the bed and cleanliness was good. Overall the experience was average.

All very simple, but clean and well maintained. Great welcome from Matthew, who's really in fashion and available. The room is equipped with all necessary facilities. Also very clean.

Really smart, well thought out for a cheap vacation in val gardena.
Rooms and modern bathrooms, garage parking and free Wi-Fi.

The hotel had areas that had nothing to say, the room was nice, but small, with the heater always on that would transform the room into a sauna if we hadn't kept the window open all night.
The bathroom was nice, large but a little spammoso: make you try products for venderteli.
The restaurant buffet was very good, no lunch, and seeks to reduce waste by charging extra to those who leave.
Wi-Fi free max 2 devices per room.
Try to get paid on many little things.
Electrical issues due to few outlets only in Germany and the unavailability of adapters.

Fantastic Hotel also all my family said so I will visit again in the near future.
