Horrible customer service. Fallen ill on my trip and unable to stay in Italy for as long as planned. Tried to reduce stay from two nights to one and they essentially it’s too bad and that I should’ve booked direct and not with Expedia. Upon calling Expedia, Expedia said they’d happy refund if the hotel approved. But, alas, the hotel would not. Their greed has gotten in the way of compassion and made for a miserable experience. If you’re looking for integrity and enjoyable stay, this is the LAST place you should book your vacation. Wish I could warn more future travelers about these capitalist pigs.

➜ Hotel too far from the center, well served during the day by the shuttle provided by the hotel or buses that pass in front of the hotels, but after 6 pm there is nothing left and in the evening you stay isolated if you do not have a car. They do not offer typical dishes and the buffet has the essentials, at breakfast always a type of cake or brioche, the girls get busy, but I felt a lot of tension due to the owner who does not leave freedom of management. Beautiful indoor pool with hot tub for a fee (two minutes 2 euros). Clean and spacious rooms. Sweet lunch and dinner good. Thanks to Milos who was always nice.
