Friendly of all the staff, cleanliness, food, and a great wine cellar nor make a great hotel.

Stayed here a good few years ago now but it lives long in the memory because it's just so damn good. Will be back in Ortisei at Easter so we'll make a point of stopping by for some great (also gluten free) food and wine.

Excellent hotel a few hundred meters from the center of Ortisei, excellent reception of the owners. Staff in restaurant always available and present in everything. Very well prepared the kitchen, with fine dishes, we would have preferred some typical dish, however nothing to say, nice dishes and good. Cleanliness of the rooms and excellent common spaces, never anything out of place. Nice pool, although a hotel full a bit of casino it is, great spa where you can really relax. Great Hotel, maybe a little too much IN for us but recommended.

Holy cow this hotel was amazing! This was by far my best hotel experience. The food was top notch, the views from the restaurant area and rooms were incredible, and you are minutes from the bus stop, restaurants and lifts to great hiking trails. Claudia at the front desk is so kind and thoughtful. I wish we could've stayed longer. — 45 minutes from Bolzano -buses and rental cars available from Bolzano and back.

Cosy hotel with friendly service that really cares about you and your travel plans. They are very accessible and ready to help with anything at any time. There is also an indoor pool with a view here. Throughout your stay at the hotel, you get a designated table appointed to you. A percelen plate with your family name engraved in it is always on your table marking it as yours.

All I can say is that it is a 10 out of 10. No one can be disappointed staying here. Warm welcome. Efficient. Excellent food and service. Very close to the village. The cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in all my travels. Well done Hotel Grones.

Impeccable cleanliness, spacious rooms with mountain view of remarkable beauty, efficient and very friendly staff, very fine cuisine, well organized Spa… I have not found faults and I think we will be back with pleasure!

Staff made us all laugh and have a great time every meal. They dropped us off and picked us up at the ski lifts every day and had great evens in the evenings.
